整體來説這個價位的酒店不錯，前台服務人員的態度，服務都很不錯，提幾點建議吧，第一：房間衹有一次性拖鞋，洗澡不方便，洗完澡兩衹腳濕噠噠的，而且也不防滑，如果是長者家呢？所以配備洗漱拖鞋完全有必要，跟你們前台説了，但是你們給我的答覆是不衞生，有點牽強吧，衹要定期清潔沒有問題的，有洗漱拖鞋不想用和沒有是兩個區別（那天有剛剛好你們領導在前台，我提了一下，但是你們領導好像開玩笑是的，説單獨給我買一雙拖鞋，開玩笑的敷衍過去了，我就沒有繼續深説了，我認為哈，作為酒店管理者，不管是誰的建議都可以紀錄下來認回頭想想，而不是敷衍，這是作為管理者必備的能力之一，東呈集團也有高端的酒店，難道想一輩子呆在這種經濟型酒店嗎？）第二：電視播放有問題，需要等很久才顯示播放得出來，遙控器是沒有後蓋的，電池容易掉出來，第三：馬桶一直流水，洗手間的抽風機一直異響，第三：攜程上面顯示是可以延遲到兩點的，但是你們那邊卻顯示是12點，第四：可以配備一個煙灰缸和香皂，暫時就這些吧，這都是一些設備設施問題吧，可能你們管理者應該很久沒有去檢查房間了，可以去大檢查一遍，你會發現很多問題，雖然很小的一些問題，但是體驗感就不好，不要説這個價位的酒店就這樣，城市便捷也有做得好的，我上面説的運營成本是非常小的，作為一個曾經酒店管理者工作超過10年的年輕人的建議，祝好！

最開始定的普通房間 換到的湖景房 最開始一點都看不見湖，後來要求換一間。能斜着看到一個小角。沒什麼太大必要定湖景房。走出去風景是很好的，南湖很漂亮，位置確實很好，公交站很近。洗衣烘乾也很方便。
衞生再注意一點可以 空調有點臟的 電視不能看 網絡連不上

環境：還可以
衞生：差了點
態度好。就是個別房間的空調建議換一下 老式的風太小。因為第一個房間馬桶肉眼可見的臟。 我讓前台換房間 態度很好。但是第二個房間走廊的開頭一間 有味道 很大。後來又換了個。在走廊的盡頭。這間還可以。 所以多加強衞生的處理吧
