本來看這家酒店酒店是武鳴最貴的一家，覺得應該還不錯，實在入住體驗更方面都很多問題，最大的問題是網速和服務，第一天晚上凌晨過來，遊戲打不了，下載要兩小時。第二天老闆一副那沒辦法的態度，問我怎麼辦，我説延遲退房吧。然後第二天告訴我，因為給了差評，不能延遲了。
酒店從頭到尾沒人來解決網速問題，0.5m的下載網速，真的無語。
