酒店衞生差，前台服務態度惡劣，沒有服務意識，夜間噪音大都是車聲，上午都是外面鼓風機的噪音，退房12點時間不合理，超時2，3十分鐘收一個小時的費用。床頭板都是灰，床邊中間縫隙還有蟲子，衞生間有異味，準備入住的朋友謹慎選擇！

一直對維也納酒店印象蠻好的，但這次例外了！這個店感覺有點老了，衞生間馬桶發現毛髮，讓人瞬間好感全無！酒店前台服務還是可以的，早餐體驗感也不是很好，不精緻，水果不新鮮
