Overall it's a wonderful experience staying at Central Hotel. I would like to call out the following amazing staffs: 前台 佳佳 小董 陈鹏 孙晨曦 陈鹏 very patiently and kindly helped to register for 南京博物馆 using her own mobile number. I am very grateful for such action. 佳佳 is very polite performing room check-in for me. 春梅 - 客房经理 王主管 - 客服主管 Housekeeping team is amazing. 王主管 responded to us very fast, when we provided feedback that the internet is very bad. 春梅 bothered to review the feedback that I have provided that the room is very stuffy. She contacted me the following day, and suggested to change to another room. I am greatly impressed by the teams involved. They really look at all feedback and comments.

This was the first hotel in China that made a strong impression on the exceptionally great service back when I was living in China back in 2009. Everything is effortless yet well thought of. I stayed at the Jinling Hotel 15 years ago with my wife. 15 years on we came back with our young children and the service remains as exceptionally impeccable. You can tell right from the GM (Mark) through to the front desk (Leo Huo) the service comes from the heart. Thank you Leo for taking care of me and my family during our short stay in Nanjing. Keep up the good work and looking forward to our next stay.

Yihua Hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant stay with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is convenient, close to local attractions and transportation. Overall, a great choice for both business and leisure travelers!

Due to unforeseen circumstances , I ended up staying at The Golden Eagle Summit hotel. Check-in was smooth. The location is perfect! The hotel’s entrance was at the back, while the front part is a mall with lots of shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Also, the metro station is right there which was so convenient! The room decor is a bit old fashioned, but nevertheless very clean. The breakfast buffet was ok, but needs more variety. The service is great! Great place to stay in the downtown area!

Delicious breakfast, attentive staff, business-like ambience, state of the art service. Location is ok. It's right next to the Pioneer Library, a very famous art library and is also within 30 minutes or so to other cool places like a water park, the Nanjing City Wall, Nanjing Eye (a bridge). Not many restaurant options nearby but the hotel foods is pretty good. There's a Japanese restaurant nearby and an Italian one called La Mia Casa is worth a visit. Very good hotel overall. No complaints except for costly dinner (148 RMB per person per buffet meal).

It is wonderful hotel with friendly receptionist and nice deco room. The breakfast and executive lounge foods very delicious. The location is in the centrum and near metro station. The room is quite big and with beautiful view. The indoor swim pool is big and clean. Everything's I met is good memory for me. I am sure I will come back when I visit Nanjing again.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were polite and helpful. Walking distance to big shopping centres and many food options were closeby. Overall a fantastic stay.

My recent stay at the InterContinental Nanjing during a father-son trip had its highlights, but there were also a few areas that could be improved. The room layout was excellent for our needs. It featured a separate living room and bedroom, which allowed my son to have his own space to play while I could relax or work in peace. The bathtub overlooking the lake was a lovely touch and provided a relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring. The view of the lake from the room was stunning and added a serene atmosphere to our stay. However, I did notice some stains on the floor, which detracted from the overall cleanliness and luxury feel of the room. While it didn’t ruin our stay, it was something that stood out and could be addressed to maintain the hotel’s high standards. The location of the hotel was a bit of a downside. While the lakeside setting was beautiful, there wasn’t much around in terms of dining or entertainment options. We had to travel a fair distance to find good restaurants, which was inconvenient, especially with a child. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a wide variety of options that catered to both my son’s and my preferences. Overall, the InterContinental Nanjing provided a pleasant stay with its spacious room layout and beautiful lake views. However, the lack of nearby dining options and the cleanliness issue in the room were noticeable drawbacks.
