We truly enjoyed our stay here at Andaz. Very friendly service, delicious breakfast and swimming pool was incredible. The only downside was that our room didn’t have a bathtub- which was unexpected for a 5star hotel. I thought all rooms would come with a tub regardless of types of rooms you book. Over all though, we had a delightful stay here and would recommend to others!

My first time in Nanjing, and certainly the first time staying in Jumeriah. I had a wonderful experience there. I booked a city-view room, surprisingly I was upgraded to the river-view room, Yeah !!! The room was great, it had this stunning view of the river and the island. If it was not for the work, I’d love to stay a bit longer, and enjoy the beautiful sunset with a fine glass of wine. Oh, and I love the tea set in the room, very Chinese style. The staff was lovely, especially the manager Connie who had been very hospitable and friendly. She shared some nice information about the hotel design & decode, and gave me some ideas for walking around the area. Indeed her pieces of advice helped a lot to make my first visit here much easier. I love Nanjing !! And I’ll definitely be back if I get the chance.

It's not in the urban area. It takes about an hour to take the subway + walk to the central area. There is a bus stop a few hundred meters from the door and it's about an hour to Xinjiekou. The environment is okay after all, it is new, but the waiters are not enthusiastic unless they ask you to give a good review. I forgot a makeup tool in the room and didn't notify the guest that something was left in the room. This is a bit worse than Atourbi.
