Hotels near The Oriental Metropolitan Museum in Nanjing

The hotel is new, the prices are average. 1. Room cleaning is not every day, for 5 nights it was cleaned only 4 times. 2. Dirty bathroom, fungus grows on bathroom furniture. 3. Breakfast does not match the description, ”European breakfast” but it is typical Chinese cuisine. Food is constantly scarce. A lot of dirty dishes. 4. The staff of the boys at the reception (staff) are not professionals, hes work slowly, they register at the hotel for a very long time. My score is 3 out of 5 points ⚠️. The hotel administration needs to check the qualifications of their staff, there are very few professionals. I would like to come back to the hotel later and make sure that they have corrected the mistakes.😉

The location is very good and the transportation is convenient. It's next to Line 1 and Line 3, so it's very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is very convenient to attractions such as the Presidential Palace, Nanjing Museum, and it also provides free tickets to the Six Dynasties Museum, making the trip worthwhile. The hotel is very exquisite, the environment is very good, very quiet, the facilities are complete, and the rooms are well soundproofed. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The service staff at the hotel are very warm and attentive. The guy at the front desk took the initiative to introduce nearby attractions and features to me, which was great😎

Checked in on December 14th and checked out on December 16th. Facilities: Parking will be guided. The robot is broken. Hygiene: clean. Environment: The elevator is being installed with new air conditioners. The floor has a decoration feel. However, there is no odor in the room. Service: The front desk service is professional, warm and thoughtful. No need to wait to check out. It snowed on the day of departure, and the front desk carefully provided warm water.

The smart room was surprisingly worth it considering the price. At first glance the design concept is questionable but it kind of makes sense in an interesting way. Only downside is the shower glass;maybe some privacy glass should be added as well,not only couples will book the room. Service was perfect,location spot on. Overall it was worth it .

Hotel Customer Service Lin Xiao When I complained to the breakfast staff in the VIP building that the decoration smell in the rooms in the VIP building was too strong, she may have overheard it. Later, she took the initiative to find me while I was dining and came over to apologize for this matter. He also gave me a gift and took care of me and moved me to a room in the main building today. Originally I wanted to change to a hotel today, but then I thought it would be okay to stay another day. I placed an order for a double room in the main building that day on the software. She said that if I came over, let her know and she would wait for me in the lobby. He said that he had arranged for a free room upgrade and offered a breakfast. My problem was successfully solved. I am very grateful to Lin Xiao, which shows that the hotel has put a lot of effort into employee training. This is my second time booking a Campanile hotel during my trip and this experience was even better than I could imagine. Got a free upgrade when I arrived very thoughtful from the hotel ! Room was spacious and all facilities were amazing ! Hotel was well situated. Near Xinjiekou station (10 min away), shopping center and food. Even though staff at reception did not speak English they were always friendly and kind to answer to all my questions. I will be coming back to this hotel for sure !

great location, great value, Room is not big but very french. very clean. this is what I wanted. Service was great. especially Joanna in reception made my day, she represent true hospitality of the hotel. will come back ! highly recommended.

Spacious room, location right next to a fashion mall. Excellent service by the team, always try their best to assist us despite of the language barrier. Special commendation to Ms. Wang Che for assisting me with laundry, hair salon, expedition, etc. We will definitely stay here again next time we go to Nanjing

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in very central spot, easy to get to all the major attractions. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay at the JI Hotel chain again.
