The super professional staff clearly doesn't believe in cutting corners, the place is emmaculate clean & the breakfast is fantastic. Once you enter the huge Phoenix mural behind the front desk & chandelier above will be testament to the quality of this hotel. The location is super convenient, not far from downtown or the subway. I oy stayed one night, but far and away my favorite hotel in Nanjing!

Eva's service attitude is very good. The hotel has a good location and is very convenient for travel. The breakfast tastes good, and the breakfast dishes are rich. The duck blood vermicelli soup is very good, the wontons are also delicious, and the breakfast dishes are very fresh. The hotel lobby is clean, spacious and bright, and it's great to sit and listen to music. The room is quiet and the room is well soundproofed. The room was not noisy. Parking is convenient, and parking in the parking lot is also convenient. The TV has many channels, the TV picture quality is very clear, and the TV can cast the screen. The check-out speed at the front desk is very fast, and the check-out speed is also very fast. I like the tea service when I check in, and the warm water when I leave the hotel is very considerate. Atour is worth recommending, it’s great.

I am very grateful to Xiao Pan at the front desk for carefully upgrading my room, which allowed me to enjoy the beautiful view of Xuanwu Lake and experience the beautiful night view of Nanjing. The hotel's service made me feel warm, meticulous, distinctive, and most importantly, comfortable.

As a regular guest at sofitel I continue to have good things to say about sofitel! The room was clean and fresh, electrical appliances in working condition and the water pressure was at reasonable standard. Under this booking I also had midnight snack and breakfast included. Although staff did forget to deliver my midnight snack. Annie at reception was very helpful, friendly and professional. She gifted me with a salted duck gift and a small sofitel branded perfume on check out! Furthermore as a member at sofitels fitness center and swimming pool (as somebody who swims everyday here)I was slightly annoyed with the amount of people in the swimming pool. There are 2 designated sections one larger area for free play and another for those who wish you exercise undisturbed. But today there were children everywhere and the life guard didn't seem to mind that kids were disrupting these clearly set up guidelines. After waiting around an hour for things to calm down I decided to complain to her but she just agreed that it was wrong and did nothing about it... After waiting another half an hour my friend managed to have a swim. I hope more effort is put into training staff around managing people within their designated areas.

It’s a really nice hotel. Very big room and great view. Also the bath tub is very big. The bed is really soft and there’s a selection of pillows with different scents that you can order which is great. There were only two issues. First,The hotel reception staff aren’t very friendly. It felt like being checked in by robots. I kind of expected a better manner from such a good hotel brand. Second, the outdoor pool was closed. It says on the website that the outdoor pool closes if it’s raining. But it didn’t rain. The weather was quite nice. They told us it was closed for technical reasons. I felt a little bit cheated by this as one of the reasons we booked the hotel was for the outdoor pool. No prior notice or message was sent. The indoor pool was open but it was extremely shabby. Felt like a public swimming pool. Overall, I feel like the hotel is tricky and offering a package which they can’t fulfill.

The hotel was amazing, we’ve had a great time at the hotel. The food was yummy and the environment was great as well. I would like to show my thanks to Ms. 张禾欣 as she has a wonderful smile and was also very nice to my kids! We had a great stay and will prioritize staying in Shangri-La for the future. Thanks!!

Situated in the middle of the city, Yihua hotel was well worth its cost as it is easily accessible from most of the attraction sites in Nanjing! Wouldn’t mind visiting the place again!

I was very satisfied with my stay and felt at home! The front desk service was great, and the check-in efficiency was very fast. I ordered takeout and asked the front desk if it could be delivered to the room. There was a robot at the hotel. The front desk said that the robot could deliver it to the room directly by remarking the room number. It also has its own internal parking lot, which is very convenient to drive to and has more than 40 parking spaces. There is a bus stop 50 meters away from the hotel. There are direct buses to Xinjiekou and Confucius Temple. The hotel also has a rich Chinese and Western breakfast buffet.
