The room type was upgraded again, and I stayed in 1801. The view is wide, and it is the Olympic Games at a glance. The decoration of the hotel is high-end, the rooms are spacious, and the bright lights at night are what our myopic eyes like. Including an afternoon tea coupon, the staff served two cups of coffee. There was no breakfast included this time, and Zhang Ying recommended us the places that locals often eat, and she was very enthusiastic. There are a lot of rotten leaves in the coriander with the bean curd for breakfast, which is probably caused by the too long storage time prepared the day before. There is a problem with food quality control management. Although I took it away immediately after I brought it up (and I didn't replace it with a new one right away), it still made people feel terrified. There is a big problem with the drainage function of the bathroom. You have to find the toothbrush to pry the stone off to drain the water, otherwise you will soak your feet with dirty water! It was amazing experience. During staying there, my family had a great time. All staffs are kind and gentle. Especially the staff who I met at the front named Valentina, she was so nice and super kind. She made my family feel very happy and help a lot. Room is clean and comfortable. The views from the room was fantastic! Just next to the hotel, there is a big department store, you can go shopping and have fun. Also so many fine restaurant out there, you can enjoy a lot. The hotel is right next to the Pagoda Center in Hall 9 of the International Expo Center (there are several bars in the Pagoda Center, and you can go around if you like to go at night). Our activities are in Halls 6-8. It is quite a distance to walk there, but the hotel will have a shuttle bus to Yuantong Station on the hour in the morning. Yuantong Station is relatively close to Hall 5. Please see the photo for the specific timetable! The hotel bed is quite comfortable, the sound insulation is not good, the curtains are good for shading, and the shower water is quite strong. The breakfast in the restaurant is both Chinese and Western, and the taste is not bad. The local specialty duck blood vermicelli soup, small pancakes, and vegetarian vegetable buns are all quite delicious. Jianye District can be regarded as the CBD of Nanjing. It is quite convenient to order food and take a taxi. The hotel has an above-ground parking lot, which is convenient for parking. Although there is no Xinjiekou, the Confucius Temple is very lively, but there is not much traffic jam here, and it is more convenient to travel. Subway Line 2 goes directly to Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum. If you are going to have a meeting by the way, take a taxi there at 6 o'clock in the morning, take pictures on Wutong Avenue, and go to Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum at 7 o'clock to save a taxi fare. Don't ask me how I know, I have actually experienced it. It's cool, there are few people, and it saves money! The driver is so nice, he flew all the way there! In short, at this time of holiday, at this price, the hotel's cost performance is still quite high!

Loved the stay. A small complaint would be that the check-in was delayed by nearly a hour (room was available only at around 2.55pm). This was even after a specific request for possible early check in was made about 4 days before - to which the front desk responded that they may be able to arrange it if available. As a result we were left to walk around the lobby from around 12.45pm, since walking outside was not an option in the nearly 40 degree Nanjing summer weather. I wouldn't have minded if the room was simply not available till 2pm, but having to wait further almost an hour despite coming in early; left a bad first impression. Apart from this everything else went smoothly. Service was good, the breakfast buffet was great, and the room was spectacular with a great view of the Nanjing Eye. Satisfied and would recommend to a friend. Would appreciate if the staff would follow up on a special request as such and inform earlier that the room wouldn't be ready on time.

My first time in Nanjing, and certainly the first time staying in Jumeriah. I had a wonderful experience there. I booked a city-view room, surprisingly I was upgraded to the river-view room, Yeah !!! The room was great, it had this stunning view of the river and the island. If it was not for the work, I’d love to stay a bit longer, and enjoy the beautiful sunset with a fine glass of wine. Oh, and I love the tea set in the room, very Chinese style. The staff was lovely, especially the manager Connie who had been very hospitable and friendly. She shared some nice information about the hotel design & decode, and gave me some ideas for walking around the area. Indeed her pieces of advice helped a lot to make my first visit here much easier. I love Nanjing !! And I’ll definitely be back if I get the chance.

A very well run service apartment located within the Olympic Youth Centre in the Hexi District. The location is not central but in a fairly new-ish developing district. The apartment itself is very well maintained, clean and the ayis (cleaning staff) are very detailed oriented. Room size is spacious and all apartment facilities are provided including a dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Food wise, there are plenty of choices across the road in the form of Japanese and Singaporean cuisine. The Singaporean one, though, was a bit off the expected Singaporean taste. It passes for locals but not for those who have sampled true Singaporean flavours. The Olympic Youth Centre can get rather busy if a conference is taking place. Avoid taking the breakfast on the 2nd floor if it is very busy and have it on the 43rd floor.
