The location is excellent, just 5-10 minutes walk to metro station. Easy to get around , there is a food street or food area just a few steps from the hotel. Convenience store, drug store, a wide range of restaurants. Even though it’s located in a crowded place , it’s tranquil at night. The room is simple but enough. Of course Nanjing hotel price is a little bit high, with this price we can have a better room compared to other cities. But we have no choice since Nanjing overall price is higher. Y

The name of the hotel in Trip.com is Grand Yiju Hotel and we tried locating it in the Didi App, we could not find it so we used the Taxi printout address and showed it to the driver. We were brought to a hotel named Hotel Yiju but when we entered that place and showed our booking they said it is another hotel and we needed to walk such a long distance to able to reach that place. More or less 850 meters and we were so exhausted that day. We reached the place, it was named Grand Cozy Hotels not Grand Yiju Hotel. Anyway, Our room was upgraded into a bigger one for free. The location is good as it is accessible to the food shops, convenience stores and others. And it is affordable. Hopefully next time, exact information are posted not to get the guest into trouble finding. But it is a good hotel and valuable,too.

The hotel is new, the prices are average. 1. Room cleaning is not every day, for 5 nights it was cleaned only 4 times. 2. Dirty bathroom, fungus grows on bathroom furniture. 3. Breakfast does not match the description, ”European breakfast” but it is typical Chinese cuisine. Food is constantly scarce. A lot of dirty dishes. 4. The staff of the boys at the reception (staff) are not professionals, hes work slowly, they register at the hotel for a very long time. My score is 3 out of 5 points ⚠️. The hotel administration needs to check the qualifications of their staff, there are very few professionals. I would like to come back to the hotel later and make sure that they have corrected the mistakes.😉

For the inquiries in advance whether late check-out is possible, the hotel’s answer is that if you check out before 12 o'clock, an additional fee will be charged for every hour of late check-out. This is quite unsatisfactory. If the room has already been booked, it is understandable that you cannot check out late. But even the rooms are quite empty, which is not convenient for customers who stay for two days, which is really disappointing.

The environment is very good and hygienic, and the service attitude at the front desk is also very good. The price and the service are very cost-effective. There is a KTV next door, but the front desk provides earplugs, so sleeping at night will not be affected. The hotel is also newly opened and everything is very new. The location is pretty good too, just a seven or eight minute walk from the subway station and very close to the Presidential Palace.

Although the clothes can only be air-dried, it is still very good. The bed is also very comfortable, the boards laid by the aunt are straight, and the mineral water in the room is free. The privacy of the room is okay. I booked a windowless one and the door has a safety lock. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast. When I checked in, the variety was really small. I thought it was just the simple ones you would eat at home. You can try the breakfast. I thought my expectations were not high, but it was really good. The check-out time is 12 noon. I wanted to delay my check-out because I had something to do. The lady at the front desk told me that the room type was perfect that day. I couldn’t delay for too long and she helped me delay the check-out for 1 hour. It was understandable and my attitude was very good. I will still choose this hotel next time.
