I stayed at Wanda Realm Hotel this time, and I loved it! The lobby is so bright and spacious, and it looks high-end and refreshing. The room is also clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. Once I lie down, I feel relaxed and all the fatigue of the day has disappeared. The front desk service is even better, the attitude is super good, and the speed of checking in is done in a flash. They also recommended me many fun places around, and it feels like having a private tour guide. The breakfast is also super rich, with both Chinese and Western styles. Even a picky eater like me can find what I like. The location of the hotel is also very good, with Metro Exit 5 right outside the door, so it is convenient to go anywhere. Going to Nanjing South Railway Station or the airport, there is no need to worry about transportation problems. Next time I will definitely come here again, and I won’t consider other places!

Even someone with a germ phobia would feel completely at ease. **Smart & Modern:** The room features smart controls, high-speed Wi-Fi, and screen casting capabilities, making life incredibly convenient. **Comfortable Rest:** Blackout curtains and a soundproofing system ensure a peaceful environment, while the soft bedding guarantees a great night's sleep. **Excellent Facilities:** The gym and laundry room are well-maintained and comfortable, significantly enhancing the overall stay.

The hotel is super close to the station, just a 5-minute walk away. Ride-hailing services are also very convenient in the area. The hotel was clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It offers great value for money too. They even made me a freshly brewed coffee before I checked out. Highly recommended for business trips.

One of the best hotels in JiangNing, if not the best. Amazing place, great service and hospitality. Breakfast is surely worth it and the view with the mall and Baijiahu 1912 next door is just the most convenient for any shopping and food!

The room was excellent and very clean. The hotel lobby and lounge also boasted a wonderful ambiance. Darcy was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our entire stay. We were greeted with welcome fruits and even got to try their newly launched 'Blossom Series' bubble bath, which was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The hotel's breakfast was also delicious, with highlights like Duck Blood Vermicelli Soup, and the restaurant offered lovely views. Highly recommended! As an added bonus, they gifted us two tickets to the Imperial Examination Museum, which are valid until the end of the year. What a fantastic bonus!

While its proximity to 1701 is convenient for performances, the hotel's room rate feels quite steep. I have a significant complaint regarding the front desk service on that day. My food delivery arrived, but it wasn't promptly delivered to my room, ostensibly due to the delivery robot being unavailable. After waiting for 20 minutes, I went downstairs to retrieve it myself, only to find the front desk staff casually chatting and laughing. Despite both delivery robots being in the lobby, my order was simply left on a small table by the door and was never sent up. When I asked them directly, 'Why was my delivery just left there and not brought up?', the front desk staff remained silent, without even offering a single apology. This level of service certainly doesn't justify the room price.

I checked into Atour Hotel on September 4, 2025. When I turned on the central air conditioning to 24 degrees Celsius for cooling, there was a strong musty/sour smell coming from the vent. Turning the temperature down to 22 degrees and increasing the fan speed reduced the smell, but the problem persisted. This odor likely indicates that the air conditioning system hasn't been cleaned in a while, which not only affects the guest experience but also raises concerns about air quality and potential health risks. I hope Atour takes this issue seriously and thoroughly cleans and disinfects its AC systems as soon as possible to provide guests with a safe and comfortable stay. Because I had tickets for the Super Cup, I booked a room through Trip.com for ¥723, specifically requesting a high-floor room not at the end of a corridor. However, after waiting an hour in the hotel lobby, I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor (out of 18), at the end of a corridor, with no refrigerator, and a moldy smell from the AC. After this experience, should I still dare to book Atour rooms through Trip.com? Why are rooms booked through Trip.com at Atour arranged this way?

I booked a hotel for the National Examination. Although it is still some distance from the examination venue, you can delay check-out until 14:00. You can also relax for a while after returning from the examination at noon, which is very comfortable. The hotel environment is very new. Although the room is not that big, it is very clean. The facilities are also very new. There is a smart voice assistant and a table for studying. My mouse ran out of power when I was using the computer at night. Xiao Yi at the front desk helped me find a battery. Thank you very much. There was breakfast in the morning, and it was very well cooked. I went to the exam after eating well. When I came back at noon, the ladies at the front desk, Xiao Yao and Xiao Shi, greeted me warmly. When I went to take the exam in the afternoon, they were also very enthusiastic. They wished me good luck in the exam, which was very heartwarming.

Facilities: Very complete, there are many free parking spaces, easy to get in and out, the air conditioning has fast cooling effect, the room always has hot water supply, the windows are large, the bed 🛏 is very comfortable, there is a massage chair 💺 in the lobby on the first floor, self-service tea, now Grind coffee☕️ Hygiene: clean and odorless Environment: Very comfortable, the room lighting is warm and soft, you can turn on the light to sleep at night, the style is retro Service: The hotel service staff are very good. They greet others proactively when meeting. They are gentle and courteous and treat others with a smile.

The staff is friendly and always with a smile. They are helpful and pleasant too. Had pass a bag of clothes to 小左 for washing. She tried hard to pass to me before she change shift, showing her responsibility to make sure I got the clothes back. She can easily put at counter for the next staff but she tried her best to pass to me directly. This is the 2nd time staying the hotel and had booked a room for next week before I fly back Singapore. Is a good stay here.
