For my recent business trip to Nanjing, I chose to stay at the InterContinental Nanjing Zifeng, and the entire experience, from check-in to check-out, far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Zifeng Tower area, within walking distance of the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for both business travelers and those wanting to explore attractions like Xuanwu Lake, Jiming Temple, and Laomendong. The room was well-appointed and meticulously maintained. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline and the lake, creating a truly atmospheric ambiance when the city lights came alive at night. The bedding was perfectly soft, allowing me to quickly unwind and fall asleep after a busy day. What truly impressed me the most was Alice from the front desk and her thoughtful service during a swift check-out!

Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking panoramic views of Xuanwu Lake, making waking up to such picturesque scenery every day a real treat. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep even for a light sleeper like me. The bathroom featured a heated floor system, warm and inviting underfoot, and the L'Occitane toiletries, with their delightful fragrance, made every shower a truly relaxing experience. **Dining Experience: Culinary Delights** The hotel's breakfast was simply outstanding! It featured authentic local specialties like Duck Blood Vermicelli Soup and Jinling Soup Dumplings, alongside freshly made omelets and an array of exquisite desserts. A special mention must go to the Jiangnan Wok Chinese Restaurant; it truly lives up to its 'Black Pearl' rating, with every dish being incredibly memorable and leaving me craving for more. **Location: Unbeatable** Nestled right by Xuanwu Lake, the hotel offers easy access to leisurely strolls along its scenic shores. Its proximity to the metro station makes getting around incredibly convenient, perfect for exploring all the city's attractions. Evening walks by the lake, watching the city lights begin to sparkle, were simply magical. **Service Experience: Beyond Expectations** What truly impressed me was the hotel's impeccable service. Returning to my room on the second day, I found that the housekeeping staff had not only tidied up, but had also thoughtfully organized my carelessly left charging cables with ties. This attention to detail truly demonstrated the hotel's commitment to guest comfort. This stay has truly made me a loyal fan of the Shangri-La brand. Whether for business or leisure, it's an excellent choice. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Nanjing and will undoubtedly choose Shangri-La again!

The service is amazing, client-friendly and client-oriented. Wonderful breakfast and a swimming pool. My room was so specious, full of light, clean and comfortable, I slept like a baby. Will definitely choose this hotel again when come to Nanjing!

The breakfast was plentiful, the duck blood vermicelli was authentic, and the pig intestine noodles were also good. The view was excellent, and the transportation was convenient, with the subway right downstairs and direct access to the mall from the first floor. It was perfect for our autumn holiday trip. The complimentary couple's meal was also decent. The only downsides were that the facilities were a bit old, and there were stains on the shower wall, which seemed to have accumulated over many years, likely due to poor ventilation as there's no window. Additionally, I hope the complimentary welcome fruit can be delivered during the day. We checked in around 10 PM and just wanted to sleep 😴. It would be great if they could call and ask before delivery instead of just knocking on the door.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find. There's direct underground access from Xinmofan Malu Metro Station on Line 1, and it's just a short walk from there to the hotel. Upon check-in, the front desk informed me my room wasn't quite ready, but they kindly upgraded my room type, allowing for a smooth check-in. While the room itself was satisfactory, there was a noticeable sewage smell coming from the bathroom sink. I contacted the front desk, and they immediately dispatched an engineer who promptly resolved the issue. Kudos to their incredibly swift and effective response! Even when I woke up late on the second day, the front desk proactively called to inquire when I'd like housekeeping service. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely choose Ascott for my future stays in Nanjing!

The hotel is in a good location, close to Jiming Temple and Xuanwu Lake. Although the room is relatively small, it is very clean and tidy overall, and the windows can be opened for ventilation, which is very good. There is a little fat brother at the front desk (I didn't see the name tag) who is really excellent. When I checked in, I put forward my room requirements, and he was able to quickly give a check-in plan, which is rare, because many five-star hotel front desks are also easy to give the wrong room after taking up their posts, because it is really not easy to match the room type, floor location and requirements. This brother is definitely a master of business 👍👍👍

The hotel is located near Gulou Square, with good geographical location and convenient transportation. It is close to Zifeng Tower, Shiziqiao Food Street and Wuyue Plaza, which can meet various food needs. Xuanwu Lake Park is also not far away. The only problem is that it is not easy to find. You have to come in from the alley leading to the north campus of Gulou Hospital and have the same front desk as GreenTree Inn. The hotel is newly renovated, and its style is similar to that of a certain season. I booked a 1.5-meter king-size bed room, and the front desk lady helped me upgrade it to a 1.8-meter king-size bed room for free. The room is generally comfortable, of a suitable size, and the bed is also comfortable. The only drawback is that the bathroom door opens right in front of the toilet, which is a bit cramped. The glass door of the shower room does not block water very well, so there is water all over the floor after taking a shower. There is also no marking on the switch panel to control anything, so turning on and off the lights is like opening a blind box every time. Overall, I am quite satisfied!

Traveling with my parents, our baby, and my husband, this hotel made us absolutely fall in love with Nanjing! We initially only planned to stay one night, but the check-in experience and our stay were so excellent that we extended for another day. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; they upgraded our family to a spacious king-size bed, allowing our seven-month-old baby to sleep safely in the middle without disturbing us adults. The robot delivering Starbucks coffee right to our door was a big hit with my husband. The smart one-touch curtain control and sleep mode for the lighting ensured we slept incredibly soundly at night! Closing the curtains during the day to watch TV was literally a cinema experience right from our bed! The TV is actually very large, though photos don't quite do it justice. The lake view was absolutely stunning, and you could even see the mountains. A two-minute walk led us to Xuanwu Lake for strolls, shopping, bookstore visits, and Starbucks coffee. The location is excellent; a taxi ride to Zhongshan Scenic Area for sightseeing only cost around thirty RMB. This trip was truly comfortable; we ate well, had a great time, and took taxis everywhere! The room had separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and the decor was very classy – truly fitting for a four-star hotel. There was also a sliding door between the sleeping and washing areas, which, when closed, effectively created a private suite feel. The hotel's buffet breakfast was very authentic to Nanjing and offered even better value for money than the famous Nanjing Dabaihang restaurant. From now on, when we return to China, we'll just fly straight to Nanjing and skip Shanghai! Hahaha!!!

This e-sports hotel really exceeded expectations! The machine configuration is directly full, the graphics card and monitor are top-matched, and the picture is smooth to fly when playing games. The group battle is not stuck at all, and the hand feels absolutely dead. The room was very clean, the keyboard and mouse were all new, there was no greasy feeling, the seat was still the kind of ergonomic chair for e-sports, and it was not tired after sitting for a long time. The sound insulation is very good, I can't hear the movement next door at all, and the immersive black is too cool. The front desk service was also super intimate. I wanted to drink a drink in the middle of the night and sent it up quickly. I also asked if we wanted to add a blanket and the details were full. The price is also very cost-effective compared to other places in the same configuration. I will definitely come here next time I set up a black team!

My stay at Wenyi Jin Hotel in Nanjing from August 6–8 was overall pleasant. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Would recommend for short stays, especially for travelers prioritizing location and affordability. With a few tweaks, this could be a 5-star experience!
