This stay was 2 days, and the overall check-in experience was good: Xiaohu at the front desk of the customer service was warm and thoughtful, from parking and storage (patient guidance) to registration in the lobby (delivery of towels and tea) to delivery to the guest room (accompanied by sharing luggage to the door). Considerate and meticulous, five-star praise. The hotel has a lot of breakfast varieties, including wontons, noodles, duck blood vermicelli, yogurt, milk, rice porridge, steamed dishes, seasonal vegetables, and fruits. The homemade coffee is delicious.

Because of the child's college entrance examination, I booked the Vienna Hotel Olympic Sports Center store early, close to Jinling Library and the Holy Trinity Church, and the transportation is convenient. When I checked in, the front desk gave the child a small gift package for the college entrance examination (with pen, cool oil, blessing package, etc.). Booked a family room, there are two standard rooms, very spacious and bright. The hotel also presented breakfast coupons, free parking, free mineral water... various service details, moving!

Physically is a very good apartment hotel. two things made us frustrated and annoyed: 1. Location on the gmap/website. WRONG by 3 blocks. We were dropped off 3 blocks away, with luggages. No taxi around. We tried to call. Can't speak English clearly. At the end we had to walk 3 blocks, and asked around..wasting 2 hours 2. I have booked WITH BREAKFAST. And the restaurant insisted that I only got 1 person per ROOM. Who in the right mind booked 1 breakfast for 2 people in the room? And..for this kind of hotel rate, we need to haggle about 1 breakfast per room? at the end the front desk/ manager got the right solution after taking care of this issue for 15 minutes. The staff tried his best, esp. the gentleman called Maher? who helped us with Didi. But staff's English profiency need to be improved. Can't always resort to translation apps. I stayed at Fraser hotels in Chengdu and other cities. Very happy. This one is yet need to be improved. Rooms are good. Resto's staff and service are very good. Ambience needs to be improved. Feel like not-yet-ready hotel. Location is excellent, only few minutes to expo venue.

Since its opening in 2018, I have stayed at Jumeirah Hotel Nanjing many times, and it must be one of the first choices as long as I come to Nanjing. Accompanying my daughter to watch the Wenwen concert, I booked the Hanyue Tower near the Olympic Stadium. The quality of the old-fashioned hotel is guaranteed. Zhang Ying at the front desk received us for check-in, and asked if we would like to watch the concert. She immediately gave us a prepared gift. My daughter was very happy. The room type was upgraded again, and I stayed in 1801. The view is wide, and it is the Olympic Games at a glance. The decoration of the hotel is high-end, the rooms are spacious, and the bright lights at night are what our myopic eyes like. Including an afternoon tea coupon, the staff served two cups of coffee. There was no breakfast included this time, and Zhang Ying recommended us the places that locals often eat, and she was very enthusiastic. The duck blood vermicelli eaten in Nanjing is really delicious. All in all, this stay experience is very good

World-class! Not much else needs to be said about Andaz. It’s a premium hotel with a premium service and it won’t disappoint. The breakfast is one of the best out there on offer. This hotel won’t disappoint and a great option for those looking at the higher end.

1 I arrived at the hotel around 3:40 that day and was told that I would have to wait for 1 hour. Check-in could start at 2 o'clock. 2 The sound insulation effect of the hotel is very poor. You can hear the voices upstairs clearly at 12:40 at night. I told the front desk that I want the sound upstairs to be quieter. The front desk said that he would inform me. The result was that it was still very noisy and there was no feedback to me whether it had been resolved. 3 At around 8 o'clock in the morning, some cleaning ladies were talking so loudly that they woke me up. I was so angry that I opened the door and asked them to keep their voices down. After 2 minutes, they started talking loudly again. I don't understand the work. Do I need to chat with others? Don't need a rest? Do you have to stand at my door and chat? I can’t sleep well at night. I can’t sleep well at night either. I’m really speechless.

Loved the stay. A small complaint would be that the check-in was delayed by nearly a hour (room was available only at around 2.55pm). This was even after a specific request for possible early check in was made about 4 days before - to which the front desk responded that they may be able to arrange it if available. As a result we were left to walk around the lobby from around 12.45pm, since walking outside was not an option in the nearly 40 degree Nanjing summer weather. I wouldn't have minded if the room was simply not available till 2pm, but having to wait further almost an hour despite coming in early; left a bad first impression. Apart from this everything else went smoothly. Service was good, the breakfast buffet was great, and the room was spectacular with a great view of the Nanjing Eye. Satisfied and would recommend to a friend. Would appreciate if the staff would follow up on a special request as such and inform earlier that the room wouldn't be ready on time.
