Stayed here 4 times in 2024. Everything is good. Front desk staff need to improve. We were urgent to check in the rooms and they were chatting while processing. During this stay there were some minor renovations on our floor outside our rooms. To be fair the hotel should close off the floor. Otherwise all is very good.

Negative aspects: No one in this hotel can make a complete sentence in English, which is a problem as they welcome guests from anywhere in the planet. My room had no soap for washing hands. I could listen the neighbors opening and closing their door with violence, inside my room - the sound protection is not that good. The breakfast is below average - no variety, mostly focused on Chinese food for breakfast, and the place is small and usually a mess (not clean at all). Positive aspects: the location and the quality of the mattress (5 stars). Well, and the room was clean.

Very clean, the location is very convenient it’s close to the Deji plaza mall, a lot of restaurants, there is startbucks on the hotel. Very reliable for transportation and easy to get by. The stuff is amazing and they were very helpful. Everything was provided for. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel because I had an early flight. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. They also provided airport pick-up and drop-off services. The trip was safe and convenient, and I had a good rest at night. The weather was good for this flight, the visibility was good, the aerial photography was clear, and I was in a good mood.

I had an excellent time! The staff were very helpful, the rooms and hotel were super clean and very high tech! Only problem was that my air conditioning in the room wasn’t working well and the room stayed super hot. There than that, it was great!

We spent two nights here and everything was perfect. The location is very close to our destinations, and convenient shops are just around the corner. The hotel service was good and as for the room, it’s a bit smaller than we expected but it is surprisingly comfortable - excellent. I would recommend this hotel to travelers who want to visit Nanjing.

Hotel was located right smack in the middle of Nanjing's most popular shopping district. If you're travelling by train, I suggest you exit from exit 12 instead of 13 and walk around the place instead as exit 13 does not have any escalators while exit 12 has, which is better for people with luggages. The service was okay, they didn't really have the BEST service during checkin, but the housekeeping lady was really nice. Breakfast was quite good

Cute, comfortable, cozy This hotel hits beyond expectations and the service is amazing, and location and staff. It’s 4min by DiDi to Nanjing Station and near all restaurants, one can even have coffee downstairs. 周逸逸 has been amazing and helpful and will assist you till the last minute you check out of the hotel. My wife had booked a hotel nearby this one, but the rooms were only 16m2 to 20m2. This is way too small, and they were expensive. Then I found the Hotel V and the rooms were cheaper, but much larger. My room was 45m2, and it came with a den area in a Japanese style setting. We have 2 kids, so they went directly into that area and never left. Both kids did their homework there and played there. This left the main room for the adults. The staff were exceptionally friendly and incredibly helpful, and most of all polite. There is spacious underground parking that was clean and not old, dusty, and smelly. The location is great, in a food plaza, directly across from Starbucks and near two subway lines. I used the subway to travel to and from Nanjing South Railway Station. No taxis needed. The cost of the hotel room was very reasonable, rather awesome for the type of room I had. This is a 5-star, even if it is not a 5-star!

So, of course, we went to the wrong one at first and that one seemed like an even newer and nicer hotel, but the one at Confucius Center had staff to go above and beyond to help us!!!!!
