The newly renovated Jinling Tower at Jinling Hotel is a prime example of an established five-star hotel. Both the hardware facilities and the service truly live up to its reputation. The hotel's location is excellent, making parking and access very convenient. The lobby is grand and impressive, and the guest rooms are meticulously clean with a logical layout and comprehensive amenities. Front Office Manager Xing Yang was attentive and enthusiastic, and floor attendant Li Hong was thoughtful and thorough. I initially booked this hotel purely for shopping convenience, but after checking in, I found it incredibly comfortable and felt I got an amazing value. I'll definitely return next time. I highly recommend the hotel's Meiyuan restaurant for its authentic cuisine and excellent service; just be sure to book in advance. The hotel breakfast is plentiful, though I suggest expanding the variety of stir-fried dishes. The executive lounge on the 57th floor of the Asia Pacific Tower offers beautiful views, but it would be great if the exterior windows could be kept cleaner to enhance the photo experience. It's truly commendable that a decades-old five-star hotel like Jinling Hotel can maintain such high standards. I look forward to staying at Jinling Hotel again on my next trip to Nanjing.

The room was well-appointed and meticulously maintained. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline and the lake, creating a truly atmospheric ambiance when the city lights came alive at night. The bedding was perfectly soft, allowing me to quickly unwind and fall asleep after a busy day. Returning to my room on the second day, I found that the housekeeping staff had not only tidied up, but had also thoughtfully organized my carelessly left charging cables with ties. This attention to detail truly demonstrated the hotel's commitment to guest comfort. This stay has truly made me a loyal fan of the Shangri-La brand. The service is amazing, client-friendly and client-oriented. Wonderful breakfast and a swimming pool. My room was so specious, full of light, clean and comfortable, I slept like a baby. Will definitely choose this hotel again when come to Nanjing!

The breakfast was plentiful, the duck blood vermicelli was authentic, and the pig intestine noodles were also good. The view was excellent, and the transportation was convenient, with the subway right downstairs and direct access to the mall from the first floor. It was perfect for our autumn holiday trip. The complimentary couple's meal was also decent. The only downsides were that the facilities were a bit old, and there were stains on the shower wall, which seemed to have accumulated over many years, likely due to poor ventilation as there's no window. Additionally, I hope the complimentary welcome fruit can be delivered during the day. We checked in around 10 PM and just wanted to sleep 😴. It would be great if they could call and ask before delivery instead of just knocking on the door.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find. There's direct underground access from Xinmofan Malu Metro Station on Line 1, and it's just a short walk from there to the hotel. Upon check-in, the front desk informed me my room wasn't quite ready, but they kindly upgraded my room type, allowing for a smooth check-in. While the room itself was satisfactory, there was a noticeable sewage smell coming from the bathroom sink. I contacted the front desk, and they immediately dispatched an engineer who promptly resolved the issue. Kudos to their incredibly swift and effective response! Even when I woke up late on the second day, the front desk proactively called to inquire when I'd like housekeeping service. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely choose Ascott for my future stays in Nanjing!

Two of my colleagues recommended this place to me. I have to say, the service here is truly excellent. On the afternoon of the 6th, the front desk lady saw it was my birthday on my ID and very thoughtfully wished me a happy birthday, which was heartwarming. My child was bumped into by a cleaner moving things in the elevator, and the staff member even called to apologize, giving my child a small toy and two bottles of coke. With service like that, you can't even get mad. The room is also great; the cleaning staff do an exceptionally thorough job every day. The location is convenient for getting anywhere, and the price is quite reasonable. My child was especially happy, and we'll definitely stay here again next time we visit.

When choosing a hotel in Nanjing, our main requirements were a gym, a swimming pool, and complimentary laundry facilities. This led us to select the Accor Movenpick, which we booked via a promotional voucher for 699 RMB for two nights, including breakfast. The service was excellent, making it incredibly good value for money. The location is a little off the main thoroughfare, though not excessively remote. Subway Line 9 is currently under construction right outside, and Line 5 has yet to open. However, there are convenient direct bus routes to destinations like the riverside, Zhongshan Pier, and the Yangtze River Bridge. The gym is also open to non-hotel guests, and hotel guests can pick up a pass at the front desk. The swimming pool is a decent 25 meters long with a maximum depth of 1.6 meters, which is quite good. Due to the subway construction, vehicles struggle to access the hotel entrance directly, making the walk from the street to the lobby rather inconvenient. I suggest that during this period, the hotel provide porters and luggage carts to meet guests by the roadside, as travelers often have bulky luggage. Additionally, I recommend that housekeeping regularly clean the washing machines in the laundry room, especially since they are shared facilities.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being the closest five-star option to Deji Plaza. On my first day, I made sure to check out their famous luxury restroom, reportedly worth over ten million. Getting around is convenient as it's near Metro Line 2, and both taxis and buses are easily accessible. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the service is attentive, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The complimentary Yuhua Stone soup was a creative touch. Overall, it was a great experience.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Jiming Temple and Xuanwu Lake. Although the room is relatively small, it is very clean and tidy overall, and the windows can be opened for ventilation, which is very good. There is a little fat brother at the front desk (I didn't see the name tag) who is really excellent. When I checked in, I put forward my room requirements, and he was able to quickly give a check-in plan, which is rare, because many five-star hotel front desks are also easy to give the wrong room after taking up their posts, because it is really not easy to match the room type, floor location and requirements. This brother is definitely a master of business 👍👍👍
