The lady at the front desk must be a regular employee and she is a bit old. The first reaction was not to apologize but to make excuses. I don’t need to worry about whether the linen has been replaced. It will be replaced regularly. But I What I want to say is that the linen you gave me is not clean and normal. Does it have anything to do with whether you have replaced the linen? The problem now is that the linen in the room is not clean. The first thing to do is to admit your mistake and apologize to the tenant in time to appease the guest's mood. Let’s talk about the reasons and make up for it. I didn’t want to give me a box of duck blood fans because the way the employee handled the customer complaint was really unacceptable to me. The employee didn’t apologize to me the whole time. I didn’t think it was the hotel that didn’t do a good job. I didn’t feel guilty. I just wanted to find reasons. I left angrily with excuses and didn’t even say sorry, sorry, etc. I hope your hotel can train your staff on how to handle customer complaints. I won’t stay here again in the future.
