The best hotel I’ve stayed in China so far! Located right beside Nanjing Railway Station and its metro station. Take Exit 11 from Nanjing Railway metro station and the hotel is right in front of it. Check in counter is located on level 2 of the building. The service by the front counter was good too! They served us with drinks while they were checking us in. We were at first given a room on level 2, but when we entered, there was a strong cigarette smell. We immediately informed the front counter, and they immediately changed our room to another room on level 3. They even help to bring our luggage up to the room. Room was big and comfortable for 3 of us. Price of this hotel was decent too. We were amazed by the clean room, and the kids playpen within the room! The playpen would be a plus point for families wtith kids but it was a great photo spot for us! The TV had screenshare functions but I had difficulties connecting my phone to the TV. Wifi connection was stable but as usual we could only use China approved apps through wifi. Opposite the hotel and on the first level of the hotel, there was a stretch of restaurants providing different types of food. There was also 2 mini marts along the stretch of restaurants. Laundry room was on level 3, beside the elevators. 2 washing machine and 2 dryers available, laundry detergent and softners are provided too. Steam iron is available in the laundry room. Laundry service was also provided, you can wash your laundry in the washing machine before heading out in the morning. Take the notepad provided by the side and leave your room number and type of washing service you need. the housekeepers will help to complete the washing and drying if needed. They also helped us to fold the clothes and left them in a laundry bag in the laundry room for us to collect when we go back at night. There was also the delivery robot there to deliver our delivered food. Overall would love return to this hotel again!

Short walking distance from the train/subway station. Very spacious room and comfortable bed.

The location is very good. it's near the MTR. The breakfast is good too.

Good for catching high speed rail at Nanjing station. Friendly staff at check-in and in breakfast room. Breakfast selections are excellent with local specialities. Located very close to metro station with escalator access, great with suitcases. Easy access to major sights via metro.

The location is far from the city center not have good parking areas and the recreation is not qualified they don’t know how to talk with customer

Location - good, nearby to Nanjing train station, but need to know how to walk to hotel, go to the right exit (i went wrong exit and had to walk on road for approx 15mins). Local train/subway at doorstep. Approx 1 hour to airport by taxi. Easy to get taxi on Didi (walk to main road next to convenience shop, then book taxi) Nearby F&B - has lots of small restaurants, and a Burger King within walking distance. Also has a couple of small convenience shops around. Service - excellent and friendly front desk staff. Gave me a free breakfast upon knowing that i booked room without breakfast :). Upon check in they served a small warm cup of lemon water. Upon check out, they offer a small bottle mineral water. Room - nice layout, sink is outside bathroom and open area. As per other reviews, the cleanliness is acceptable but not 100% (not for OCD people). Amenities - toothbrush, handsoap, body wash, shampoo, etc all available Drink availability - has kettle and some tea leaves to make tea Laundry - free washer and dryer on 3rd floor to DIY your laundry Security - key card entry into hotel floor, has a security on 1st floor. Breakfast - nice small spread of local food. Has also some limited international selection like toast & eggs, and fruits. Has coffee machine and can takeaway coffee. Overall, i would use this hotel for the location and their friendly staff as well as free laundry.

Despite a language barrier (for me) the staff were very kind to help me book an additional night. Atour is always a safe bet for me, and we loved their location in Nanjing. Convenient location as well, right near some convenience stores and eateries. I'll be back on our way out of China, probably!

It's really nice, the environment is very good, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the facilities in the room are also very good, the bathroom is also very clean, I stayed for two nights, and I am very satisfied with choosing this hotel this time 🫶🫶, the most important thing is that it is very close to the subway station (1min away, opposite) and the high-speed rail station (3 minutes away) Zundu!!! It's really great on this hot day in August! 🫧

The hotel is conveniently located, with a subway station at the door for easy travel. It is very close to Hongshan Zoo, clean, and has good service. The front desk lady, the catering lady, and the room lady are all very enthusiastic, especially the warm coffee of the catering lady left a deep impression on us. Thank you for meeting you on this trip! See you again if we are destined to!

Highly recommended for traveling with kids. Very close to Nanjing Station, only 5 minutes walk away, and convenient subway lines 1 and 3, convenient to go anywhere. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic and handles any problems in a timely manner. Recommended, I will stay here next time.

The room is spacious and bright. The location is excellent. Exit 11 of the subway station and the hotel entrance is on the ground. You can take a picture of the three words "Nanjing Station" from the window of the hotel room, but the hotel is separated from the railway station by a square, so there is no noise. The takeaway ordered is delivered to the room by a robot, which is very reassuring.

The hotel is in a super convenient location, just outside Exit 11 of Metro Line 3, and it is also very convenient to Nanjing Station and Hongshan Zoo. The hotel service is excellent, free breakfast is provided, and the front desk service is very enthusiastic, recommended!
