這名字叫做旅館，他就不是旅遊館，他連普通的民宿都算不上太臟太差了，剛開始給我找的一個床連個褥子都沒有，底下都是亂碼七糟的電呢，後來又換了一個房間被子，又臭又臟，至少有兩個月沒洗過了，連個熱水都沒有，還在1樓，唯一有用的就是空調，而且還要收費，多收10塊錢，太坑了。千萬別去如果不是因為過節訂不到正常的酒店，我才不住這個。沒有毛巾，沒有熱水，啥也沒有，還在1樓，床褥濕得要命。又臟又臭，衞生條件不敢苟同，還是精品大床吧，就5平米，房間裏到處散發著惡臭

房間乾淨整潔，交通便利，出小區就是地鐵站，還有一個美食街哦，喜歡美食的一定不要錯過了。買衣服及日常用品也非常方便。老闆很熱情，服務態度特別好，下次有機會還會來這裏

這不是一條差評，但也不是一條好評。設施，衞生我手動加了一星。（完全是因為服務很貼心，大半夜的）
義烏的家庭民宿不建議女孩子選，我承認叔叔大媽很熱情的為你服務，也同樣覺得價格決定體驗，所以我給服務滿星，他們做了力所能及的事情，也很尊重住客。小區是交通便利的小區，但是環境衞生和設施，衹能説真的很不好，我覺得這個價位稍微弄一弄，絕對很多人過來住，如果衹是針對無家可去的民工流浪漢的，那我沒話説，他們沒得選擇，但是如果能夠弄温馨一點，他們都會有更好的正向反饋，也許，我是説也許以前民宿老闆也是個熱血青年，衹是魚龍混雜的住户搞壞了心態，也就隨便搞搞了，最後還是想説大家同樣的價格夫子廟和萬達的青旅也許更好的選擇。雖然被子什麼的有些味道，但是床比較舒服，沒有空調，被窩温暖就行。
綜合總結：服務態度很好很好，這比較重要，這幾乎改變了我這條評論的心態。硬件設施真的特別差，不是圖片這樣子的，我覺得不如整個房間改成青旅，翻新下做成旅社，好好搞個衞生間，定價還能上去，還能多收床位費。

體驗極差，定的是20平的房間，給帶到一個三個平方的夾縫裡，除了床什麼也沒有，一直説有另外一個20平的，催我加錢換，好吧，加錢換了，結果被子包漿，空調就跟拖拉機一樣響，沒有洗漱用品，讓自己下樓買，晚上睡覺得帶着N95才能睡，被子一股子味

根本就不是什麼旅館，是在小區裏面很破的一間房，裏面都是隔板間，衞生很臟、隔音很差。
