設施比較新，該有的洗衣機、投影儀什麼的都有，也比較方便。有一個智能的小愛音箱，可以聽聽音樂。熱水是儲水式的，即開即用，衞生間挺乾淨的，這個位置這個價格是沒有問題的，服務也不錯，有問題第一時間就有反饋，比如我不會開投影儀，直接安排人上門，平時不聯繫也不會主動打擾。
綜合體驗最好的就是景色，可以看一下窗外的美景，可以完全看到全部的玄武湖，窗户朝東，可以看日出，這個角度和視野開闊程度算的上絕佳。

來南京時，遇到了一天好天氣和一天煙雨朦朧，這算是體驗到了江南的特色！
房間不是“照騙”，真的是正對玄武湖了～景色沒得説！就是衝著湖景來的！和房東聊天發現是老鄉！服務那叫一個到位！給我們推薦了一個文學集市，還有唱紅樓夢的，很有意思！
房間點外賣也方便，可以送到門口，挺好的！推薦我們點的鴨德堡鴨血粉絲，感覺挺好吃的！濃郁！
最後的小建議希望老闆能準備一個茶壺茶杯啥的，道具也行哈哈哈哈，給拍照用！肯定會很有氛圍感了！

房間寬敞通透，挺好，來的比較晚，店家主動打電話聯繫我給我安排入住，晚上還沒感覺，白天睡醒了發現湖景是真漂亮！如果窗户是一整面的就更好了，下次定別的房型感受一下。説實話比上次住的衹能看到一點點湖但是説自己湖景房的好太多了！！！
投影老闆有愛奇藝會員，但是好像別的房間也在用會有被頂掉的風險，可以自己投屏，看的蠻舒服。
衞生間臨走時候拍了一張，挺乾淨的，也有洗衣機，
刮鬍刀記得找客服要一下

不吹不黑，衹要錯開節假日，我覺得是性價比比較高的民宿了。提一嘴還給我們免費升級了，聯繫的客服也很好，不會不耐煩啥的，給推薦了附近的南京菜也挺好吃。
房間裝修不同於常規酒店，比較有家的感覺吧～我個人很喜歡這種不同的裝修，衞生也挺好的，沒啥硬傷！
民宿就在玄武湖邊，來了以後去玄武湖逛感覺沒有俯瞰來的震撼啊！然後地鐵也近，南京地鐵挺好的去各個景點都有，基本半小時吧都能去到了。還是挺推薦這家的。

位置優越，交通便利，臨近地鐵，出行方便。
房間安靜，可能是因為住的那天人不多，因為溝通説希望安靜，前台給了我們一次性耳塞，貼心。
衞生優，地板拖的很乾凈，廁所也乾淨。我自己準備了一次性四件套，沒感覺出房間四件套怎麼樣，不過看起來像是棉麻的，床軟硬舒適，枕頭軟，睡起來挺舒服的。
窗外風景優美，視野開闊，湖景一覽無餘。
走廊掛了畫作，挺好看的，一上來有一香味，體驗好！還會再來！

為了來紅山動物園來的南京，選的民宿！首先位置很方便！衹有兩站地鐵！一定要地鐵哦大家！動物園停車場就像是那個大堵車！很嚇人！
其次！民宿自帶景觀——玄武湖！我詞窮，衹會説美！很適合我們這種衹玩一天的！無痛增加一個景點and拍照出片！推薦對窗拍人的剪影，對焦到湖，嘎嘎好看！
我們的行程是中午民宿放東西-下午博物院-晚上秦淮河-第二天民宿寄存行李-動物園-下午返程。做朋友圈步數王者！給大家參考！

我來誇誇啦！！！看我找到的寶藏民宿！其實入住前挺擔心的，怕民宿不乾淨或者不安全，but這家不是那種混合的或者合租的形式，是像酒店一樣！衞生狀況好！房間有獨立衞生間！33層34層兩層都是他們家，走廊乾淨明亮，並且！湖景真的可以治癒一切！！！睡醒看到這麼大一篇湖真的很開心！房間也有語音控制可以開關窗簾，就是衹能識別普通話哈哈哈哈哈
唯一的遺憾就是早晨陰天，沒有看到日出！希望下次來南京玩是個好天氣！
