這次入住完全超出預期！從進門時前台遞來的歡迎飲品，到房間裏貼心準備的充電線和香薰，處處都能感受到用心。房間採光極佳，乾濕分離的衞生間打掃得一塵不染，連洗漱用品的品質都很在線。最驚喜的是早餐，中西式種類豐富，廚師還能現做煎蛋，味道特別贊。住到最後不小心落了東西，聯繫酒店後很快就幫忙寄回了，服務真的沒話説，酒店位置很好，就在夫子廟景區出入口，強烈推薦給商旅或出遊的朋友！

一家人來南京玩，位置非常好，往北走3分鐘就是夫子廟。往東走10分鐘就是白鷺洲公園，也就是夜遊船10分鐘的一個水道，不坐夜遊船，直接到白鷺洲公園去逛一圈，完全可以。往南走20分鐘，就是老門東。酒店大堂有冰箱，有咖啡吧，房間衞生很乾凈，早餐很豐富。

這次入住體驗太棒了！一進房間，就被乾淨整潔的環境吸引，床品柔軟舒適，像睡在雲朵裏，窗户採光極佳，整個空間寬敞明亮。前台工作人員熱情又專業，辦理入住迅速，還貼心地給我推薦了周邊好玩的地方。酒店的自助早餐種類超豐富，中式西式都有，味道也很棒。地理位置也相當優越，出門走1分鐘就到夫子廟景區，下次來這邊，肯定還選這家！

此次幫自己親戚訂的酒店。入住第二晚在房間發現蟲子，留存照片視頻後去前台反饋，對方解釋稱“南京暴雨潮濕、下水道返潮”。但她們早上就有發癢症狀，晚上發現蟲子時，身上已有幾個大包，疑似是前一晚睡夢中被蟲子叮咬，擔心蟲子攜帶病毒。此時，前台一定要她們去附近醫院檢查，聲稱“需要證明是酒店蟲子咬的才報銷醫葯費”，並沒有提出任何更換房間的方案。
當她們提出換房時，前台一開始説有房並讓等待。之後再次提出換房時，前台改口説沒房，提出做原房間的全屋消殺並更換床品。晚上十一點多時，她們在等候期間親眼看到前台給兩波客人更換/升級了房間。此時登錄攜程，發現當天仍有可預訂的房間！之後在反覆質問下，前台才終於給安排了新房間。
總之，該酒店存在推卸責任和區別對待的極不負責的行為。此外，前台對相關業務不太熟練，説法前後矛盾，讓這次入住體驗變得很糟糕。

房間小的可憐，中午12點到2點睡覺時全是裝修聲音，打電話給前台説是樓上別家在裝修，他們也沒辦法。我想説你們不應該溝通嗎，裝修有噪音是正常啊，但應該有個起碼的時間段吧。比如八點之前不要裝修，午休時段不要裝修，你們都不去協調嗎？給我們那個破房間在最邊上，晚上睡覺都是下水道沖廁所聲音，嘩啦一次。嘩啦一次。整晚睡不好。體驗過的最差的酒店沒有之一。

♦攜程16年會員，第一次給差評，我這次出遊共9天，遊歷了5個城市/地區，住了5家酒店——唯一不愉快的經歷就是在這家店。
1、明明沒有停車場（旁邊停車場是曙光天地的），在攜程平台上卻寫着有停車場，誤導消費者。就算是共用，為何不註明是收費停車場？
2、入住時店員表示酒店可以承擔停車費的一半，退房離店時卻玩弄文字遊戲，説什麼停滿一天才算，難道自駕來店的客人白天不出去玩，會整天把車扔在停車場？！設定這種**的條件，其實就是變相欺詐。
3、房間空間侷促逼仄，妥妥90年代小旅館翻新既視感。兩張1米2小床，裝遙控器的皮袋佈滿灰塵……我之前幾天住的同等價位酒店（均為江浙5A景區周邊），沒有一個如此垃圾。
4、停車場指示不明，店員也不事先交代，給初到店裡安頓的客人帶來極大不便！
♦訂這家店是因為和朋友在蘇州吃飯時，臨時決定來南京，席間倉促訂的，沒有細看，以致此誤！
大概是因為位置在夫子廟景區旁邊，使得貴店**無比，完全不在乎全國流水的客人的入住體驗，反正不愁客源，對吧？但我有一句相贈：天時、地利，皆不如人和，不思改進服務，迴歸本心，再好的客觀條件，也難以抵擋衰敗的命運！
