Despite its central location, the rooms are well-insulated, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. For travelers who prioritize efficiency and convenience, this is an ideal choice. Cleanliness: The bathrooms were clean and odor-free, with plenty of hot water. While the hotel isn't the newest or most luxurious, it's well-maintained, demonstrating the care and attention of management. The staff were friendly and responsive. Most importantly, the overall atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. For those on a budget who don't want to sacrifice basic comforts, this hotel is a great choice and offers excellent value! Environment: For this price, staying at this hotel in Nanjing is a real steal! The room was larger than expected, and the decor was modern, warm, minimalist, and stylish. I loved it. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly. Service: I absolutely must give Xiaoman a thumbs-up for their service! From check-in to check-out, every staff member demonstrated exceptional professionalism and hospitality. The check-in was efficient, and they proactively provided information about the surrounding area. The room service was incredibly responsive; even when I accidentally left something behind, the staff proactively contacted me and helped me return it. This attentive and thoughtful service truly exceeded my expectations and made my entire trip feel truly heartwarming. Highly recommended!
