I have stayed at Four Seasons in many cities, and this one has the worst environment and facilities! The service is also very poor. First of all, the environment, the wallpaper in many places is peeling, the wall is greasy and dirty and not cleaned; then there is a strong musty smell in the room, and there are bugs! Speaking of service, after checking in, I contacted the platform for invoices, but no one responded every day, and no one answered the phone calls. All contact records are displayed on the platform. After adding WeChat to report these problems, the customer service staff did not respond and did not solve the problem. Really disappointed with Four Seasons

Very shabby and shabby, smashed the All Seasons Hotel signboard, the price was over 600. I should have chosen the Metropark Hotel earlier. The breakfast restaurant was small and the food was not good. I really regret not reading the reviews before booking.

This is the first time I stayed in such a bad hotel. I booked a hotel for more than 500 yuan, but when I walked into the corridor, I felt like I was in a youth hostel. The corridor was small, dimly lit and full of odors. I also found a takeaway order from the guest in the next room in the room. After reporting it to the front desk, they shirked their responsibility by saying that the housekeeper was overworked and didn't notice it. They didn't mention how to deal with it. There were only two plugs in the room, and the soundproofing was not in place. I almost didn't sleep all night. The conversations in the corridor could be heard in the room. The breakfast on the second day was even worse. Flies were flying around in the restaurant and no one cared.

The front desk girl's service was poor and unprofessional. The room hardware was poor and the remote control could only press the button.

The bathroom was also dirty, the sofa was also dirty. The room rate was over 600 yuan that day. I have stayed in Four Seasons Hotels in at least seven or eight provinces, and this was the dirtiest one I had ever encountered.

I also travel a lot on business. Nanjing All Seasons China Southern Airlines Hotel has greatly reduced my impression of Huazhu (I don't know if it is a direct store or a franchise store). Reasons: 1. The price and room type are seriously unbalanced, close to 600 yuan per night, excluding meals. 2. The room facilities can be described as random, and the bed can be close to the wall (compressed space). 3. The sound insulation is extremely poor (in order to utilize the space, the wall is too thin, and the voice can almost be recorded. I complained to the front desk by phone and the problem was solved after communicating with the guests). 4. The width of the floor passage is less than 1.5 meters. If two people meet at the same time, they will definitely not be able to pass without turning sideways. I don't know how the fire inspection passed (it will definitely be difficult to escape in the event of a fire). 5. The reception hall on the first floor is very bright. I don't know if it is a feint to better receive individual guests (high price). 6. The location is even more unimportant. It is nearly 2 kilometers away from the subway station and is very far from the business district nearby (you can take a taxi, but it will cost at least 20 yuan to reach the mature business district. This evaluation only represents my personal experience. The check-in experience is the worst in the past 20 years. I will not stay in this hotel in the future.
