Qingmu Select Hotel (Xuanwu Lake subway station, Hunan Road Pedestrian Street, Nanjing)

The king-size bed room is located on the street side and has a window, which is a blessing because the extremely dirty curtains are seamlessly connected to the bed. The hygiene was quite poor. I used wet wipes to wipe the windowsill, small table, bedside table, and other places I needed. On the first day, I felt a few itches on my body, and on the second day, a lot of small red spots appeared. I have never been prone to allergies, so I went to the pharmacy next door to buy ointment. The clerk said it looked like an insect bite and it was possible that I was allergic. I asked the cleaning staff, who had just arrived, and she said that she heard that the itching might be related to bedding detergents and disinfectants. In this situation, I dare not use the kettle because I don’t know what has been boiled in it. I didn’t dare to use the shampoo and shower gel because I didn’t know if there was anything else in it. After receiving the portable kettle I bought from TB, I cancelled the subsequent reservations. I will definitely not come here again. What is more certain is that the breakfast slightly exceeded my expectations. I can’t say it is very good, but at least it is the best living experience.

We stayed on the 7th floor, which is the restaurant level. The restaurant staff were very loud and kept talking, making a lot of noise for hours, so we couldn't sleep at all! Very bad experience!
