The hotel environment is very good and relatively clean. I came here to attend an exhibition and it is very close to the convention and exhibition center. The hotel has good internal hygiene, facilities and service! The entrance and exit and the surrounding environment are noisy and chaotic, and the environmental experience is not very good.

The location of the hotel is very unique. It is on an island in the middle of the Yangtze River, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the riverside. The hotel's facilities and sanitary conditions are good.

There are two adults and two children. We wanted to live more comfortably, so we booked two rooms in total, but one room was very bad and the other was okay. The very bad room was a little smaller than the average room and had no refrigerator. Although the front desk didn't tell us when we checked in, the page I booked showed that there was a refrigerator. I can tolerate this, but what I can't tolerate is that the sound insulation is so poor! The sound of the guests next door washing up is just like in my own room. In the past two days, the guests next door took a shower at 11 or 12 o'clock every night, and got up at four or five in the morning. They must be washing clothes. I was woken up every day just after falling asleep. In the next two days, the lady at the front desk delivered breakfast and gave a small gift when leaving, probably something like body lotion, but I forgot about it in the taxi. Although there is a residential area opposite and there are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs, there is actually not much noise from daily life and it is not noisy. It's quite convenient, you can buy snacks, daily necessities and so on. The breakfast delivered in the next two days was also very good, clean, hygienic and quite rich. Although they didn't proactively provide children's supplies, the communication was smooth and effective. Because the child was going to a nearby stadium to participate in a game, the front desk also helped to extend the check-out time.

Compared with other all-season front desk services, the service is worse. There are no toiletries and slippers for the children. I have to ask the robot to deliver the slippers myself. They didn't give anything away when we left the store. The next day, we were given pastries and children's toys at another store. The room is quite decent, in Huazhu's standard decoration style. This restaurant does not offer free late night snacks, but you can get free late night snacks for two days. I don’t know why there is such a difference between all seasons. The advantage is that it is close to the Yangtze River and only takes ten minutes to walk. The surrounding area is relatively quiet and it is suitable to live here by driving. The food at Uncle Fat downstairs is very good. I had two meals here.
