遠 離市中心約1個小時，酒店打不到車，出租車的費用比滴滴貴且沒有打表。
吃 酒店附近點不到外賣，酒店內兩餐廳以辣為主，不好吃。宵夜的小籠包，早餐還可以。
玩 酒店內設施小，小童區小且環境臟亂差，壞的沒人修整。室內泳池和房間泡池小。
早上6點被户外吵醒，一羣人聊天修草，反饋後沒有變化，從早上6:00到10：00，管理服務差。

酒店一切服務都符合預期，事事都很關照，尤其前台同事一開始的入園關照和注意事項都一一講解，甚至之後幫忙延遲退房都是很體貼的舉動，在後麪的煙火秀也體驗到很多，很好的住房體驗，謝謝

暑假快要結束了，選擇了園博園悦榕莊帶孩子2天1晚親子游，James服務熱情主動，提前溝通，發送酒店了行車路線和入園二維碼，入園入住都很便捷。就是天氣太熱，不過在酒店裡孩子就玩的很開心，傍晚時去了抱抱樂園！值得推薦的親子酒店！

對服務非常不滿意：
1、直到當天快入住了，酒店才聯繫我們發入園驗證訊息，都沒法早點入園去玩，而且管家服務約等於零；
2、我們一家人和另外一波外國白人同步進酒店大門，立馬有三名工作人員迎上去服務外國人，而沒有任何人招呼我們一家？諂媚外國人的情況，也是被我撞見了，算是開眼界了！（希望貴酒店能想明白園博園這個偏僻的地方，主要客户到底是中國人還是外國人）；
3、之前工作人員答應我升級房型，到了酒店以後，告訴我並沒有升級？！如果確實無法升級，提前主動告知也沒關係，都很正常，但不應該是滿口答應了卻做不到還不説；
4、前台告知小朋友的洗漱用品和拖鞋“很快”送來，這個“很快”就是好幾個小時。後來我們找開夜床的工作人員才拿到了；
5、接駁車的問題，坐上去告知我們三分鐘就可以發車了。結果等了十幾分鍾才發車，在別處訂的晚餐時間都差點錯過…
貴酒店設施設計審美衞生這些都很好，衹希望能夠正視和改進服務問題，謝謝！

硬件裝修肯定是不錯的，服務還得跟上，除濕機裏的水沒有倒空，泡池也不能用一次性的泡澡袋，雖然説是一客一清，但是拖把頭打掃，多少讓人不太安心。餐飲也有很大提升空間，中餐廳要收服務費，卻沒有相應的服務，餐食也是普普通通，完全沒有酒店該有的品質！
