The hotel is located about an hour away from the city center, making transportation quite inconvenient. It's impossible to hail a taxi from the hotel, and taxis are often more expensive than ride-sharing apps like Didi, frequently not using their meters.
Regarding dining, no food delivery services are available in the vicinity. The two in-house restaurants primarily offer spicy dishes, which I found unappetizing. The late-night xiao long bao (soup dumplings) and breakfast were acceptable, however.
As for the facilities, they are generally small. The children's play area is particularly disappointing; it's tiny, dirty, messy, and poorly maintained, with broken equipment left unrepaired. Both the indoor pool and the private hot tub in the room are also quite small.
My sleep was disrupted at 6 AM by outdoor noise – a group of people chatting and doing gardening work. Despite providing feedback, there was no change, and the noise continued from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. This reflects very poor management and service.

With summer vacation drawing to a close, we opted for a 2-day, 1-night family getaway at the Banyan Tree Garden Expo with our child. James provided exceptionally warm and proactive service. My experience with the service was extremely disappointing:
1. We weren't contacted with the park admission details until very close to our check-in time on the day of arrival, which meant we couldn't enter the park early to explore. Moreover, the 'butler service' was practically non-existent.

5. Regarding the shuttle service, we were told upon boarding that it would depart in three minutes. Instead, we waited over ten minutes for it to leave, almost causing us to miss our dinner reservation at another venue.
