Absolutely thrilled with my stay! A special shout-out to Leo for his exceptional service. I had noted it was a birthday trip, and they went above and beyond by decorating the room, which was a lovely surprise. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed the delightful scent of the toiletries provided in the room. The private hot spring was pure bliss and incredibly relaxing.

Although we received a room upgrade, the cliff view was honestly quite mediocre; waking up felt like I was just staring at a wall. We couldn't book the complimentary travel photoshoot, but they did provide firework tickets and attraction passes.
