Amazing hotel. Spent two perfect days there, only thing to complain about is that the Coke was 48 kuai in the lobby bar. Otherwise perfect.

We booked Banyan Tree before the National Day holiday. The 3rd anniversary promotion price was very attractive. We checked in late and upgraded to the 7th floor cliff view apartment. The view was pretty good. Because there were National Day activities from 10.1 to 10.7, the park gate had certain restrictions. The housekeeper Alice was very considerate. She gave the car a QR code to enter the park and the ticket service was very nice when we left. In the middle, we met a friend who made a late reservation and helped us coordinate when the room was full. Although there were some minor episodes in the middle because of the good ecological environment, they were all happily resolved in the end. We stayed for 2 nights, watched the sunset for 2 days, and soaked in hot springs for 2 days. I was very satisfied~

I have stayed at Banyan Tree in other cities, but this is my first time staying at the one in Nanjing. The private hot spring in the room is great, so I didn't go to the hot spring on the third floor. The room layout is also very well designed, and the overall service is quite good. The details are very thoughtful. I had dinner in the western restaurant, watched the sunset in the lobby bar on the eighth floor, and had a buffet breakfast on the seventh floor in the morning, which was very satisfactory.

It is very convenient to drive to the hotel by navigation. The hotel is very stylishly decorated, with complete facilities, large and clean rooms. I experienced both the public pool and the private hot spring in the room, and the beautiful scenery was unobstructed. There is a Toyota Coaster shuttle bus to the Garden Expo Park. The only drawback is that the breakfast variety is a bit small. The housekeeper Molly's service is first-class. She will contact and add WeChat in advance. We came here for the hot springs. There is a small private hot spring on the balcony of each room here. It is comfortable and hidden. If you don’t want to go to the public hot springs, you can soak in the room, and you can also look at the unique scenery of the mine opposite. When we came, it was off-peak. It was a weekday and a typhoon. There were basically no people, so later we went to the swimming pool and public hot springs. It was basically a private place, which felt great. There are 5 public hot springs indoors and 3 outdoor. You can choose different temperatures. The outdoor hot springs are very good! The service is also very good. Every service staff will take the initiative to say hello. The housekeeper Alice added WeChat the day before coming, and any needs will be promptly fed back. Although the club for children is relatively small, it is understandable because it is not a parent-child hotel, and the children are reluctant to come out of the swimming pool. The breakfast tastes good, and there is duck blood vermicelli soup. We didn’t go to the Garden Expo Park because it was really inconvenient, and it was enough to soak in the hotel for a day.
