Slept 4 nights here. Very comfortable and clean. The shower is hot the whole day (I like it). Close to the metro line (gate 20) but there are 4 directions from gate 20 :))) so the first time I got lost :))))

The hotel front desk ladies are really helpful, friendly and supportive.
They give us a free upgrade from double bedroom to two single bedroom.
Hotel room is clean.
Hotel emergency exit staircase is clean and well maintained.
Near to the city center and eating places.

further than expected from xinjiekou train station and nothing much to eat around, feels like a CBD area. The reception staff is friendly and helpful and there is a robot who delivers food to your room if you order food delivery

Clean, comfortable, and spacious room and bathroom! Can't go wrong with this hotel chain. Location is great, near Xinjiekou (Line 1/2) and Shanghailu (Line 2) Stations, convenient to access all the major sights and attractions.
