Horrendous experience. Got a room on second floor and in the hallway it says: “please be quiet”. Well, first night there were people fighting across the hallway from midnight until 2am and the reception did absolutely nothing, with guests doing whatever they wanted. The next night wasn’t any better, I got an old lady banging on my door while I was sleeping early in the morning, waking me up pretty startled. When I got up to see what was the commotion about, she was banging across multiple rooms and she just looked at me and kept banging onto the next room. If this is the kind of experience I receive at a hotel like this, I refuse to ever recommend this place. The breakfast was pitiful and the coffee machine was broken. A disaster all around. They cleaned my room at 7pm at night.

Reception is unprofessional and keep procrastinating our check in because of their poor communication and lack of understanding, 4 people in the reception counter but we have to wait around 10-15 minutes to get our room key, cleanliness is unbelievable, toilet area was very unclean and the room is uncomfortable, sound insulation is very bad, we can hear a lot of noise and sounds around our room, the experience is terrible. We have experienced this hotel before but that’s definitely the worst experience we had in this hotel.

酒店硬件設施還是不錯的，裝修新、品味高雅、智能化水平高，在同等價位酒店中優勢明顯。因為出差定的無窗單人房但煙味大，前台免費給升級了套房，前台服務態度很好。衹有一點，酒店可能由於開業不久，衞生狀況不是特別好。
