衞生：極其差，被子蓋在腿上過敏特別癢，被子都七八年不換起球看的特噁心！它家早餐廚房噁心的要死，老鼠的天堂，特別不衞生！
環境：極其差，毛巾不乾淨，床單還有黃色一攤不洗！
設施：極其差，空調製冷特差，開了3個小時才出冷氣！

很不滿意，房間設施比較老舊，而且不隔音，特別吵，前台服務一般，衞生間衞生打掃的很不好，地上有頭髮。唯一好的一點就是地理位置還行。

因四月去西安遊玩住了幾晚清沐感覺乾淨整潔服務好環境也不錯。5月來南京就選擇了清沐發現被子有嚴重污漬噁心死了，電話無連接無浴帽擺放，無法調節水温設施陳舊還要跑下樓前台反映，服務員説一個人忙很，另外個服務員下班了，服務態度不好，等了很久才換的，真讓人無語很失望！

1. 房間隔音極差，隔壁聊天説話的聲音一清二楚，隔壁摁遙控器聲，隔壁花灑聲，隔壁吹頭髮聲，隔壁打電話聲，隔壁笑聲，對，都是一清二楚，甚至他倆聊天説去哪玩，以前幹什麼工作都能聽見，簡直了，不信你們試試
2. 房間臟，毛巾上有血漬，洗手間枱麪都不擦的嗎而且站不下倆人，洗澡的地方全是臟水漬的黑色，尤其是卧室，一次性拖鞋都能走臟，不説了，最差的一次體驗，櫃子和牀頭櫃都是灰塵，我看清沐還不是一家，難度是準備往倒閉方向走嗎
3. 早餐房間只有四張桌子，就十來平米的地方，大家自行想象吧，就像路邊小臟攤的感覺
4. 服務，正常吧，退房時候前台沒人，等了幾分鐘還不見人，打電話才出來人退房，真的是要倒閉所以才這樣嗎
我都懶得拍照，大家別去就是了
