賓館設施簡陋，房門單薄，不僅沒有安會感，而且非常的不隔音。有窗的房間受外面市場的雜聲幹撓嚴重，無窗的房間如同囚籠。最為讓人擔憂的是賓館的走廊可以用縱橫交錯形容，有點像迷宮。而且有二十多個房間的賓館衹有一部步梯，而且又窄又陡。假如發生火災等意外事故，後果將不堪設想。不知道這種賓館是怎麼通過消防安全驗收的。
