After a while, I heard someone discussing the noise problem outside the room. I opened the room and found that it was the neighbor next door. The boss also complained to the front desk and was communicating with him. The room next door was given a late check-out arrangement. The boss started communicating with me and hoped that a late check-out would be adopted. I didn't have this need, so I refused and asked for a refund. I ended up paying 50 yuan, otherwise I could only check out in the early morning. During the early morning check-out, the boss initially said that we were the only ones complaining about the noise, trying to shift the problem to ourselves. I said that when I first came to the front desk, I specifically said that we needed to be quiet. I asked the room if it was noisy nearby, but the front desk did not tell me that it was the hotel's problem that it was so noisy. The hotel should solve it instead of telling the customer that it had nothing to do with him and would not solve it. He asked the customer to measure the noise decibels and said the noise did not exceed 45 decibels. Secondly, the boss stood up many times. From the moral high ground, we are required to understand each other when we go out. Young people need to understand each other. We all need to understand each other when we go out to do business. Otherwise, we will be asked to check out immediately, delay check out or accept a refund of 50 yuan in the early morning. The front desk also said that their hotel was good and they would handle it for us. The boss didn't care about other hotels. He also said that other hotels were more expensive and their hotel was cheaper, so you have to accept the environment as much as you want. 這是住過最差更不要談服務，房間不要談乾淨不乾淨，懂得自己看照片。推開門的那下，懵了。不糾結不多説，就因為沒在意開車點了酒店，還有攜程給的劵。後來就變成我訂的就是便宜房間。一開始和我説是打掃沒撲好，那我想問那麼長的頭髮怎麼解釋？？無話可説。我説我不住了，説退不了。最後給我換了一間房。下面照片是原先進的房間。

房間乾淨整潔，無異味，前台服務態度端正有禮貌

交通便利，離小行地鐵站步行不到十分鐘吧，周邊環境簡單，有幾家快餐店。入住有點問題前台也及時解決了，處理問題很快也熱情。房間整潔乾淨，有不足的話就是衞生間排風要一直開着不然會有不好氣味，還有隔音不好半夜聽到隔壁的打呼聲嘞。整體來説還是滿意的，有機會再去南京過夜還會考慮入住。
