1. 隔音很差，旁邊房間關門聲，每一次都特別大。
2. 樓上衞生間上下水的聲音也特別大。
3. 衞生間空間窄小，馬桶和洗臉池貼的很近。
4. 洗澡間的沐浴露和洗髮露，是二合一的。
5. 電視機用遙控器打不開。
6. 空調的“屏顯”用遙控器關不掉。
7. 房間衞生狀況不太好，總有股莫名的尿騷味。
8. 角落裡的垃圾，一直都沒見打掃。
