南京中山湖金陵文璟酒店自開業以來入住多次，也不吝好評，因為是南京老字號金陵飯店旗下管理運營，作為南京人，多了一份親切感和信任感。但這次五一出遊入住體驗感非常差，預訂的豪華雙床間2間，入住後發現房間硬件設施、目測面積與酒店發佈的照片還有其他客人發佈的點評照片不符，倒是和商務雙床間照片頗為相似，通過平台與酒店溝通，被告知不存在失誤，豪華雙床間與商務雙床間最大的區別是有無浴缸，恍然大悟，確實不是失誤，那算是欺騙嗎？你們如果告知失誤，我還能接受一點，至少無意而為之！原來在酒店看來，衡量房型的關鍵標準不是你們發佈的房型照片，不是硬件設施，不是面積大小，而是有無浴缸！我想問下，我們在訂酒店前，每個房型價格高低不一樣，我們判斷房型區別的標準衹能是通過你們酒店發佈的照片和結合其他客人入住的房型評價衡量，還是以你們酒店定義的所謂的“標準”來衡量，而你們定義的“標準”在照片和房型説明上沒有明確標註，我們客人怎麼來判斷，還是一切“標準”由你們酒店説了算，我們客人來買單？如果是這樣，請你們把“標準”備註清楚，照片不要弄成“照騙”，入住前也請告知，讓客人明明白白消費，就算一切以實物為準，那能不能讓客人看到實物再買單？房間照片我已發佈出來，和你們自己發佈的照片好好對比下，不要自欺欺人！在這裏，感謝攜程平台，幫忙溝通並積極解決，反觀酒店方面答覆：衹有“有無浴缸”，告知沒有失誤！

酒店位置離無想水鎮和東廬山觀音寺都衹有幾公里，開車十幾分鍾即可到達，很方便！

安靜，景緻不錯，適合度假，離觀音寺9公里。除了衞生死角有些瑕疵都挺好的。要是能帶小狗狗入住那就很棒了。

首先酒店的設計非常有特色，園林式的建築設計再配上週邊的綠化設施，讓人很容易感受到江南水鄉特有的風情，酒店菜品也不錯，客房服務熱情周到，且非常專業。還有網球場，相當不錯。值得回來，下次還來。

酒店在中山湖畔，中式園林風格，亭台樓閣，小橋流水，尤其晚上的夜景非常迷人，整體環境很舒適，空氣清新。房間內設施齊全，床鋪舒適。晚飯的包間臨湖而居，能看到整個中山湖，菜品也很不錯，價格適中，朋友們都讚不絕口。
