Generally speaking, I am very satisfied. This suite is very suitable for family travel. It is relatively clean and has complete facilities. It is a pity that there is basically no service. I stayed for 4 consecutive nights. I have never seen a waiter or changed the appliances in the room. Hangers are not enough.

極骯髒！預訂了複式單位一共四個房間，其中兩個房間連床單被鋪枕頭袋都沒換過，明顯看得出把被子隨便拉直就讓新顧客入住，因為有睡覺過的痕跡和摺痕，可是發現的時候是已凌晨兩三點，各人都非常疲憊，自行用衣服鋪墊着就勉強睡了。整個晚上各人都睡得很差。床上有前一手住客的眼睫毛及其他不明毛髮，相當噁心，被子和枕頭都有其他人的臉油味，也明顯看到床單及被套有泛黃色。整個單位感覺完全沒有打掃，地板及樓梯等也是非常骯髒，從地板的大罅隙內明顯看到藏了很多垃圾，其實隨便用個吸塵機吸一下已經能瞞過客人，連這樣最基本的衛生也不合格令所有團友非常生氣。真服了，整個房間內沒有一處是乾淨的。廚房內沒有食具，但可以致電要求送上筷子，準備用微波爐翻熱食物時竟發現連微波爐都沒有清潔過，滿是食物殘渣，簡直反胃，不敢用。第一天晚上非常寒冷，要求服務員給我們送三張被子，卻只送上來兩張被子一張被套，晚上時分在再要求送一張被子，一位身穿保衛衣的男人上來告知我們沒有被子，讓我們開空調，可是空調已開但室溫還是很冷，他仍然回答「就是沒有被子」。第二天出門前就馬上致電服務員要求把全部床套更換，枕頭套和床單有更換過但被套仍是同一張，因為泛黃痕跡依然在同一個位置，依然聞到臉油味。感覺房務部的員工非常懶散，整個房子的衛生極差讓人住得非常不舒適！衛生間還未用的時候已發現滿地頭髮，連牆上也有眼睫毛，看照片就一目了然。不會推薦任何人來，如果有任何人問起，也會第一時間建議千萬不要入住這裏。本人每個月都會在內地租酒店、民宿或公寓旅遊，這家絕對是本人住過最骯髒的一家。

這家酒店的環境相當不錯，地理位置也特別好，旁邊就是科巷和新街口，路對面還有一家盒馬鮮生，非常方便，前台的小哥非常温和儒雅，還給升級了房型。

衞生真的很差 我們拿完房間去房間放行李，這時候還沒收拾房間 然後下樓買小吃大概也就半個小時，房間就收拾完了 回來發現被罩上不明毛髮，毛巾上也是有一根短髮，桌子也不拿抹布擦一擦 之所以又續住一天 我都帶了一次性的床單被罩 浴巾，而且換酒店太麻煩還要拖着行李箱來回跑 ，但是這裏的衞生真的很差 很臟，床底下也全是各種垃圾
