1. We booked a business king room because we had a child and needed an extra blanket. We called the hotel before booking to ask if they could add one. After check-in, we confirmed this twice, both verbally and over the phone, but it wasn't provided.
2. The child didn't bring slippers, so we called to request a pair, but they weren't delivered.
3. The temperature in Nanjing was over 30 degrees Celsius on the day we checked in, and the air conditioning wouldn't turn down at night, making it very hot to sleep.
4. The next morning at 8 a.m., the child wanted to watch cartoons, but the TV couldn't connect to the cable signal, so we couldn't watch any.

I didn't have time to take pictures, but the room was quite nice, with a large full-length mirror and was cleaned very well. The TV could project the screen, the light switches were labeled in detail and easy to control, the air conditioning cooled quickly, and the soundproofing was good, so I didn't hear much noise from other rooms. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in for soundproofing, which ensured my sleep quality and I had a good rest. I highly recommend it.

The toothbrush was incredibly hard and bristly. The towels had holes in them. The front desk on the first floor was smelly. There were no toiletries or conditioner. There was no laundry service. The price was higher than the nearby Hanting. The breakfast was lacking. Aside from being 200 meters closer to the subway, I can't think of any other reason for the high price.
