前台的帥哥美女都挺客氣的，客房打掃得阿姨也很好，就是入住後發現電視機無信號，後來打到前台後來修理，發現有根線壞了，等了十幾分鍾後又來修理換了根線就好了，但是這個小插曲沒有任何一個管理人員來給個説法～而且幾個去輪流進來維修沒有私隱😤

位置相對清凈，房間本身是按康鉑一貫標準來的，備品少了幾樣，但也無所謂了還是圖一個正經酒店床好睡。這個區域註定了來住的人員素質相對低，當晚有些客人大聲笑鬧至半夜，但去説了一下也收斂些了。服務人員還是可以的，會主動介紹不同朝向房間的安靜程度，因為是淡季要換房也很爽快。保潔沒有那麼細緻，地上有紙屑以及因為開窗飄雨地板有些水痕，還好保潔人員反應也比較及時，來打掃時態度很好。

酒店在板橋區，距離牛首山約30分鐘車程，酒店門前有大型停車場，酒店左右兩邊都是食肆，酒店房間比較寬敞是雙床房，衞生設施亦滿意有洗衣房，飲用水漱口是一次性杯子，整體還是滿意的。
