Nearby conference and university.
Receptionists are couldn't speak English but all of receptionists are try to help and very friendly.
Hotel is bit old but it's really affordable prices.

Overall the experience of staying in the hotel was satisfying. The location is nice, the building is tall, and if the room faces the south, you can enjoy the view of the city, the lake and the mountains. The room is clean and quiet, but the soundproofing is not really perfect. In the morning you can hear your neighbors talking. The bathroom is super clean. The furniture is a little old, but in a good condition. The breakfast is served on the first floor, and in winter time it's really cold in the restaurant. The choice of dishes is satisfactory. The receptionist is kind, quick and friendly. The only buzzkill is the absence of additional free water or a coffee machine on the first floor. All in all, it was kind of a pleasant stay.

第二次入住了，總體感覺還不錯啊！很舒適，設施齊全乾凈，沙發舒服的，服務態度也很好，尤其是打掃衞生的服務人員態度很好很熱情👍。也有一點點，剛入房間，衞生間有味道，可能就是下水道反味。水盆龍頭太近盆子，如圖所示，水容易濺出去，也不方便電水壺取水燒😂下次有機會再來光顧！

酒店整體還不錯，緊鄰玄武湖，從房間就能看到玄武湖公園全景，美不勝收！離地鐵口五百米左右，到南京站和南京南站都比較方便。

老牌酒店，位置很好，價格也實惠，沒有過分的漲價，3號線比較近，距離景點以及車站都很近，真的還不錯的

設施：比較陳舊了，電視機小，且有點故障，聲音日常時好時壞。
最不滿意一點是浴室淋浴房衹有頂噴，沒有花灑，女生和小孩洗澡非常不方便。也因為這點，本次入住被老婆大人十分唾棄。
其他方面整體一般。

房間挺好的，在窗口就能看到玄武湖，晚上下樓直接在景區遛彎，樓下金陵小館也很方便，旁邊居民區也有很多美食，3號線地鐵口很近，去哪都很方便，房間衞生很可以，打掃的也及時，前台也很好
