As 4star Hotel, not up to 4 stars standard. Firstly, the slop for luggage only at one end of the hotel entrance . Secondly, the family room very small cannot put 3 luggage, luckily, the staff (forgot her name) upgrade to slightly bigger room 🙏. If not, can't imagine how to open up our luggage. 🤦♀️

The hotel is very closed to train station et a good location for visiting nanjing ! Staff is very helpful And kind . Room is very clean , well design but little bite small ….. I made mistake to book the room with window in the corridor …. So it is little dark … but we stay one night ! No matter . Breakfast is both Chinese and international….. with good coffee and plenty of choice .

Location was great, close to Confucius Temple area and near a subway station. When booking, be careful with the “room with views” icon, as it is a crossed window meaning there isn’t even a window. Breakfast was supposed to be a wester and Chinese mix, but there were only a few western items (like croissants and cereal) but not great quality.

Was a little hard for us to find because there is at least another Crystal Hotel somewhat close by. So, of course, we went to the wrong one at first and that one seemed like an even newer and nicer hotel, but the one at Confucius Center had staff to go above and beyond to help us!!!!! Especially Eddy!!!

Look at the pictures yourself. The hygiene is worse than that of home. Finally, I asked to change rooms. The room I changed was also very ordinary. Every corner was dirty. But I didn't want to trouble the front desk staff anymore, so I just stayed for three nights.

Generally speaking, the location is good and it's the weekend. The price of 588 per night for a family room is not cheap. I didn't choose an economy hotel, I just wanted to stay comfortably. The final rating should not be particularly satisfactory, it can only be considered as make do, the cost performance is not high. 1: The customer service attitude is very good, this must be full marks; 2: There is underground parking, which is directly accessible by elevator, which is quite convenient; 3: Fruits were given, including an apple, an orange, and two plums, and mineral water and cola were given in the room, which is quite warm. The shortcomings still need to be mentioned: 1: The toilet in the room is broken. The toilet cover and the toilet are separated. Every time I sit on it, it feels like a seesaw. Although I informed the front desk when I checked out and asked about my satisfaction, and there was a follow-up visit later, I think this can only be regarded as a timely remedy in the later stage. All problems should be prevented before they happen. Cleaning and cleaning the toilet should be discovered in time, rather than waiting for customers to have an unpleasant experience and a bad first impression before remedying it; 2: There are only two sockets in the room, one for the electronic control screen at the head of the bed, and one must be plugged into the air purifier. The room has an inner window and is not ventilated. There are also two USB ports. For the privacy and security of my mobile phone, I dare not use this to charge. I can only unplug the electronic screen or air purifier for charging. A family of three can only charge in turn. 3: When booking the room, I already knew that the window might be close to the corridor, but I was shocked to find that the side wall was also floor-to-ceiling glass. I dare not draw the curtains. Drawing them open means sleeping in the open corridor; 4: There is a subway line under the room. There is a subway every few minutes. Although earplugs are given, the sleep quality is not high. Be careful. Every time the subway passes by, the bed board is slightly shaking. The above is my personal stay experience.
