As 4star Hotel, not up to 4 stars standard. Firstly, the slop for luggage only at one end of the hotel entrance . Secondly, the family room very small cannot put 3 luggage, luckily, the staff (forgot her name) upgrade to slightly bigger room 🙏. If not, can't imagine how to open up our luggage. 🤦♀️

The hotel is very closed to train station et a good location for visiting nanjing ! Staff is very helpful
And kind . Room is very clean , well design but little bite small ….. I made mistake to book the room with window in the corridor …. So it is little dark … but we stay one night ! No matter . Breakfast is both Chinese and international….. with good coffee and plenty of choice .

Location was great, close to Confucius Temple area and near a subway station. When booking, be careful with the “room with views” icon, as it is a crossed window meaning there isn’t even a window.
Breakfast was supposed to be a wester and Chinese mix, but there were only a few western items (like croissants and cereal) but not great quality.

Was a little hard for us to find because there is at least another Crystal Hotel somewhat close by. So, of course, we went to the wrong one at first and that one seemed like an even newer and nicer hotel, but the one at Confucius Center had staff to go above and beyond to help us!!!!! Especially Eddy!!!

To be honest, the hardware is the worst Orange Crystal I've ever stayed in. The room is so small that it's suffocating, the furniture is old😡😡, the network is extremely poor, the Xiaodu can't connect to the network all night😒😒, the dryer in the laundry room didn't dry the clothes for eight hours😥😥, the luggage ramp at the door is at an angle that you can't look straight at, if it weren't for the heavy suitcase, I would rather carry it down the stairs. 😓😓😓😓
The reason for giving five stars is that the location is good😍😍, it's convenient to go anywhere by subway, the service is very good, and they specially provide heated mineral water when going out🌹🌹🌹, which is very heartwarming in the cold weather. I checked out the room late and they specially calculated it by the hour, which is very humane🦀🦀. I'm still a Huazhu Gold Card member, I'm sorry if I don't give it five stars. 😂😂😂😂

Good parking, very convenient location, just across the alley is Li Ji Muslim Hall, a few minutes walk to the subway station, convenient to go anywhere, I like it, I also did a late check-out, so we don't have to rush to pack up, love it
