環境很不錯，在南理附近，離中山陵也很近。房間收拾得很整潔，各種設施都很齊全。房東是個很温柔的人，家裡還有很多英文原版書籍。總的來説是一次很愉快的入住體驗。

因為考試的需要，在南理附近找了一家民宿，這三天入住下來體驗感不錯。從民宿到學校大概衹要十分鐘步程，這是我們選擇它的主要原因。小區內很安靜，附近的超市，葯店也很近，很方便。民宿內兩室一廳，有兩個衞生間。床上鋪有電熱毯，廳內有空調，冬天不會冷。陽台上有許多花草，佈置簡約而不單調，細節上感覺到房東是一位十分用心生活的人。和房東姐聊天的時候，她回覆的很快，也很樂意去幫忙解決問題。房東瞭解到我們的看書需要，還特意額外給我們開啟了隱藏地圖（一間書房）。好評好評~另外附近也有紫金山這樣的景點，我感覺這兒也是很適合家庭出遊的選擇，有機會還來。

房東阿姨人很好，熱情，開朗。小區環境安靜，我很喜歡這種鬧中取靜的風格。儘管十一出遊人多，也能躲開人流。交通也方便，出門有公交，打車也可以。房間佈置的很温馨，可以看出阿姨的用心。牆上有阿姨的家庭合影，小黑板上有手繪畫，陽台種着花……是家的感覺～

性價比很高 位置特別好 距離那些景點無論是打車還是地鐵都不會特愛貴 而且周圍環境安靜 旁邊措施也齊全 便利店等都有 房間裏面該有的都有 冰箱洗衣機等都有 最主要的是這個位置以及他的性價比特別高 房東特別好 特別貼心

房子性價比非常高，一進門就感覺非常温馨😄適合情侶和姐妹們住，房子很寬敞乾淨，空調也非常給力呀，冬天在房間還有些熱，電視屏幕也很大，如果可以想暑假月租，有家的温馨感覺，整體來講住的非常舒服，是我住過的民宿中很不錯的了👍👍
另外房東人也超級好的，情人節當天還想給我們準備花，非常浪漫的房東呀🥰🥰

房間很寬敞，適合一家人入住，乾淨，整潔，櫥具，洗衣機，空調一應俱全，還有一屋子的綠植，跟在家一樣。而且距離高速口 地鐵，鐘山景區月牙湖都很近 出行相當方便，最主要的是樓下全是小吃 完美解決吃飯問題～

選擇了離南理很近的民宿，騎車到學校僅用十分鐘。小區外有不少吃飯的地方，很方便。小區非常安靜，環境乾淨，有門禁很安全。房間很大，乾淨，佈置的温馨舒適。有兩個洗手間，一大一小兩間卧室，很方便一家人入住。床單乾淨，軟硬適中。廚房廁所裏用具很齊全，有各種調料，廚具碗筷一應俱全。窗台上客廳裏還種了很多花花草草，特別有情調。房東回覆很快，有任何問題很快答覆。可以説這個民宿的房子不是最新的，卻是最舒服的。特別在孩子學校的羣裏推薦了這家民宿，再有機會來南京還會選擇住在這裏。

真的像住進了別人的家。床鋪和衞生間都很乾凈，有茶具，餐具，洗衣機可以使用。離景點都是不太貴，可以打車的距離。這個價格能租到一個套房，性價比很高！
