But the service not very easy on WeChat. We didn’t manage to access to the WiFi, otherwise everything good

Very difficult to find, i recommend to call the 'hotel' as the map (even Chinese) cannot help you finding it neither locals.
The 'hotel' is located very far from everything, 10 minutes from metro then 30-40 minutes of metro to city center
The room is not very clean, empty bottles we did not use, some cupboards are full of stuff.

攜程提前一天預訂的酒，導航位置和實際位置不一致，相差大約一公里，後來聯繫酒店發定位才找到酒店，酒店名稱也不一樣，訂的是lucky公寓，住的叫格調公寓。公寓名稱、位置不一致也不説提前聯繫告知。進房間一股怪味，附近有收費停車場，方圓幾百米無垃圾桶。
晚上九點多停水，聯繫客服説管道問題夜裡12點恢復供水，一直到次日上午10點多來水。包括第二天上午停電，酒店從不主動聯繫解決，都等着客户找。發訊息話裏話外意思是被客户煩死了。
對了，我是帶小孩入住的，晚上九點多停水的時候諮詢酒店，酒店問我有什麼訴求，我有什麼訴求？水送上就行了。期間不聞不問，到十點多經攜程協調給我兩方案，要不退房，要不送兩桶水。十點多拖家帶口人生地不熟怎麼好找房，兩桶水夏天幾個人是能洗澡還是能沖馬桶？
介紹上寫中午12:00退房，上午10點斷電，趕人退房？

Très bel appartement dans une zone d'habitation locale, près de la fleuve Yangtze, à 1km d'une station de métro (même ligne avec la gare de train à grande vitesse). C'est assez pratique pour bouger partout dans la ville. L'appartement est bien équipé et tout propre, décoré avec un bon goût esthétique. L'hôte est accessible facilement sur Wechat s'il y a quelconque demande.

還行吧 離地鐵站也不遠 出行也還算方便 走十分鐘左右就能到地鐵站 就是房間裏的味道個人不是很喜歡 進小區裏的味道也有點不太清新 其它沒什麼大問題

房間很寬敞，周圍也挺安靜，交通也很方便，就是杯子沒刷乾淨，都有水漬，還好房間裏有一次性水杯，總體來説還是不錯的
