The room facilities are very poor, the floor is leaking and cracking. I contacted the service desk customer service and changed the room. After that, the bed sheets were very dirty. I rarely give negative reviews! The room was very small, and the air conditioner was so broken that it was almost freezing. The air conditioner couldn't be turned on all the way. The air conditioner would make a very loud noise every once in a while, especially as if the window was suddenly opened. It woke me up several times during the night.
