Everything is good, but the front desk should be more active. One of the two room cards was left in the room. The front desk said: Auntie didn't respond to me, go up and find it yourself! I was very surprised. Why did she ask me to go up again in such a casual tone? In theory, it is always said that there should not be only one person at the front desk, and one person should go up to check. Compared with other hotels I have stayed in, the front desk is not so kind and friendly.
