All I can say is the service of the front desk staff and F&B service is great..Good customer oriented and front desk is professional.. Room amenities is very pathetic giving a banana, plum and cherry tomato..Looks very cheap and banana is spoiled a bit..Is not 5 star standard..The noise of the housekeeping staff talking outside my room is like shouting and screaming...Anyway hope that the management will take note of this..

Nanjing seemed like a cool city, but I actually feel like this hotel could have been the best part. Fantastic service, super clean and modern room (everything worked perfectly), and elegant furnishings. Highly recommended!

Nice room. Service is average. Downstairs has a convenience shop. Room has small kitchen but doesn't has any utensils. Requested for it but took a bit longer to get them.

Great room: extremely large and spacious for the location and price! Large bathroom with shower and tub, and a very nice view. Comfortable bedding and clean room. Excellent location right downtown. Swimming pool on the roof is not air conditioned but it's nice otherwise. Breakfast is a little lackluster and front desk service could be friendlier, but overall very good value for money. We will return when in Nanjing again.

The hair dryer is Lefen, which is very friendly The small bed is not a big problem for children under ten years old to sleep, but it is a bit small for slightly older boys to lie down. Parking: There are many free parking spaces in the underground garage, which is very convenient. Service: Check in at the front desk on the third floor. The procedures are convenient and the front desk lady is very enthusiastic. In addition, the specialty restaurant on the third floor provides take-out service, and the order can be delivered to the room. Ctrip rarely booked hotels with breakfast, which is really inconvenient. After understanding the situation, the front desk manager helped me to upgrade and enjoy the discounted buffet breakfast the next day. But this room gave people a feeling that no one had lived in it for a while, and the air in the room was very bad. But here I really want to focus on praising the waiter "Ren Yuanqing", who was enthusiastic and smiling. She immediately opened the air cooler for us, turned on all the air conditioners, and opened the door to help us ventilate. In the next few days, she also enthusiastically helped us clean the room. In so many hotel experiences, I have never met such a warm and hospitable room service staff, who constantly reminded us of the high temperature these days and any dynamic information around us, and were always full of smiles. But the room does feel that some facilities are backward and poorly maintained. What made us unhappy was that the breakfast waiter always had a stiff face when we first met her. One day, the black uniform staff came to inform us loudly that we were short of a dining qualification, which attracted the attention of the guests next door. It was very annoying. We clearly bought extra breakfast at the front desk when we checked in, but she didn't check whether there was a problem with the handover, but came to inform us loudly directly, even if you whispered to me to confirm. It was really far from the room service staff. The quality of the breakfast was still good, with a combination of meat and vegetables, fruit yogurt, and the ingredients were all well prepared. I hope that early risers will feel some enthusiasm in the future, instead of standing there sadly in the morning.

This is a hotel located in an office building. The lobby is on the third floor. The rooms are relatively large, clean and sanitary. The environment is very nice. The front desk staff, Wulan, is very enthusiastic and the service is quite good. She is very patient and introduced us to the local tourist attractions in Nanjing. Thumbs up

The environment was good and the room was quite large. There was a small TV screen in front of the bathtub to watch TV. There was also an iron. There were not many breakfast options but the taste was good. The only drawback was that the master bedroom closet could not be closed. The glass door of the toilet could not be closed either.

The room is large, clean, brightly lit, well soundproofed, smoke-free, with good air conditioning, and a bathtub for bathing. It is very close to Xinjiekou and the Presidential Palace, and there are buses and subways downstairs, making travel convenient. The hotel is cost-effective and I am very satisfied with my stay.
