My 82 year old mom, sister and myself booked a 2BR suite at this place for 3nights and 4 days. We were in Nanjing for a leisurely vacation from the Philippines. The place is very unassuming. A modest entrance and lobby but the room, beddings, towels, bathrobes, toiletries and even slippers were top-notch!. Loved the scent of their shampoo and body wash. The suite itself and the rooms were very spacious. Even the toilets are spacious! My mom even chided that it was tiring to walk from one room to the other! The rooms and toilets were equipped with automatic curtains and blinds. Although most of the staff could barely speak any English, everyone was very kind, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet that is packaged with the room stay was also superb! So many choices despite few guests. It was mostly a spread of Chinese dishes but I couldn't ask for more! There is a free laundry room in the building! There is a small convenience store and a Luckin Coffee at the ground floor of the building. It is also very easy to get a taxi just outside the building. Added Bonus: this place is just a few steps away from the famous Librairie Avant-Garde (the IG worthy bookstore). Overall, I love Suning Universal Hotel All-Suites! I highly recommend it to all travelers who plan to visit Nanjing. Attached photo is taken from the ground floor of the hotel.

Overall, a good experiences with Suning, the cleanliness, the room spaciousness and the friendliness of the front desk is really good. Am not sure whether i remember her name correctly, but the person who assist to check in 小色 is professional and friendly.

Nice good size family room. A little dated on design but not too bad. Nearby to many places but not to metro station. So mostly need to travel via dd service. Otherwise very nice hotel to stay in!

2 king size beds. Big suite with living room and dining table. Very good for a family of 4. Big plus is the free 24h laundry washer and dryer (detergent provided). Room amenities are well stocked. Highly recommended.

Ultra friendly receptionists and room service staff. Great location close to all the tourist sites but not right in the middle of them. Easy to reach via ride share transport, taxi and public transport. Right next to a stadium for those who won't give up their fitness regime while on holiday.
