房間寬敞乾淨，總枱服務規範迅速，全體員工訓練有素、有禮貌，餐廳環境優美，菜餚色、香、味具全，美味可口。總之，旅居於此花園式酒店，物有所值！建議，客房內的茶袋如換成茶葉，會讓人感覺更好。

很漂亮的酒店呀，雖然歷史悠久但是一點也不陳舊，住的很舒適，有點後悔以前來南京玩怎麼就沒住在這裏，晚上很安靜，下次帶上媽媽和孩子一起來玩。

週末父母親子游，雖然南京來過多次，帶長者還是住一晚合適，不會勞累。
比較以後選擇了南京飯店
符合預期，除了硬件稍微老一點以外其他沒毛病。
也恰恰是老牌酒店的年代感給人一種踏實的感覺，沒有那麼高的樓層，沒有人來人往的賓客，有的是政府大院般的安全感以及清晨傍晚想要院子裏走兩步的鬆弛感。鬧中取靜，一夜好眠。
旅行度假的意義就是放鬆和欣賞啊
點了幾次外賣，都是機器人準時送來……
前台小哥哥很帥很貼心，見有長者，特意選了中部房間，安靜且距離電梯近……
臨走時還送了一本台曆給媽媽😁👍
古樸靜謐的環境+現代化又周到的服務，也是酒店的一張特色名片！

酒店整體氛圍清新優雅，乾淨衞生，入住還有小禮物，房間乾淨整潔無異味，床品也很舒服
服務特別好，前台小姐姐柔聲細語，checkout的時候有位叫李艷青的小姐姐十分貼心，幫我把行李提至門口，整體入住體驗感因為這種貼心的服務感覺更好了。

這個早期豪華酒店必須點贊，設施古樸但好用。而重點是工作人員服務專業一流，我辦入住時很快，而令我沒想到的是，流程結束時那個美女服務員順手非常麻利地把我使用多年已經破損的身份證塑料護膜換新。這不是我的要求，甚至這張破護膜跟了我多年，走了很多地方，有點習慣它，可是我欣然接受這神來的非常細節的服務，因為以往住過的所有酒店服務員都忽略這一點，她們已經遠遠勝出。再有一例：必須提到的是這酒店居然為不適應軟枕的住客準備蕎麥皮枕頭，就是家裡用的那種，這一點我住過的有些高大上五星酒店也不具備。
