My partner and I truly enjoyed our stay at this 5-star villa. Everything was perfect—from the smooth registration to the thoughtful arrangements throughout our visit. A special thanks to Gerry Gerard, the wonderful manager, and the all Villa staff for making us feel so welcomed. With their help, every detail was taken care of—the hot spring was ready, the weather was lovely, and even the special dinner we requested was beautifully prepared. It was an unforgettable experience, and we’re so grateful for the impeccable hospitality.

Celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here. Very nice private villa and pool, styled in a classic Chinese design. Clean, quiet, comfortable and high quality. Afternoon tea was nice also.
Minor criticism and not the hotel's fault - the area around the villas was *slightly* noisy. Fireworks, distant music and cars could all be heard. This is standard for China and it didn't spoil it for us but had hoped for somewhere totally silent. Nevertheless would go back here without hesitation.
Tip: You might want to ask them to put a bit old water in the hot spring tub. It was simply too hot for us to enter on the first night.

Great service. However the heater dosen't seem functioning in the night. A litte chill and I worry it may be really cold in winter.

A good place to escape the heat in summer, the breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good, the floating afternoon tea is also very nice, the front desk housekeepers Candy and May are very considerate ~

This is the most cost-effective resort hotel in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai with the same configuration in my mind. This is my second stay here, and both times I had a very good impression. There is nothing to be picky about.
