1. The smell of the room was very strong when entering, like cigarette smoke; 2. There were dark stains everywhere on the carpet in the room; 3. There was always a sound like thunder, and after staying for two nights, it started to sound from time to time. Yes, it greatly affects normal rest; 4. Every time I enter the hotel, I have to be asked which room I am in. I have to ask every time. I have never stayed in any hotel and I have to say my room number loudly when I enter. I don’t understand and it is very ridiculous. , I asked the front desk why I asked, but couldn't explain the reason, which was outrageous. All in all, a very bad experience.

早餐真不錯，水果很新鮮，也有酸奶，菜品很豐富，工作人員服務態度也很好，大廳寬敞舒適，坐在大廳休息很不錯。重點誇一下房間，忘記拍照了，但是真的很棒，床墊很舒服，空調效果很棒，浴室很寬敞，淋浴水特別大，冬天洗澡不要太舒服了，衞生也很乾凈，設施環境都不錯，總之很滿意的一次入住

酒店衞生不錯，我訂的無窗房但是房間卻很大，衞生間空間也大設施挺新的。高鐵站到酒店衹要十分鐘左右，非常方便，退房的時候下小雨的前台免費送了一把傘非常感謝
