房門隔音特別差，睡到半夜，走廊裏的聲音特別吵。門縫特大，晚上睡覺用毛巾塞住的。無語…紙巾沒了，打電話給前台都沒人接的。勸退！！！自助早餐除了陽春麪還可以，別的都不怎麼樣。而是人多都要靠搶，很快就沒了……勸退！

1房間破破爛爛，木地板看起來臟兮兮的，2泡温泉的壞了，説都是壞的，沒法用，3電梯一天到頭壞，還限重了，搖搖晃晃，一次衹能拉6個人左右。等不及我衹能從10樓爬樓梯下來。4地下車庫沒信號，我充電要掃碼後爬樓上弄，又碰到那個充電樁也是壞的。來來回回跑幾趟。5高峯期大堂和住的是兩棟樓，要走過去，很不方便。6早餐起晚點就沒啥吃的，衹能胡亂吃點。7送的温泉票就是個大浴場，三層樓的。總之最差的一次體驗。

房間隔音極差，我晚上睡覺沒有開暖氣但是仍然能聽到噪聲，好像就在頭旁邊施工一樣。四天晚上沒有一晚睡得超過了三個小時。
服務：由於我感冒發燒了，一直在床上躺着，保潔阿姨問是否需要做衞生我都説需要並且同意她進來做，但是她衹收了垃圾桶和地上的紙團，換了一次性洗漱用品，桌上的外賣盒沒有丟，抽紙沒有換，廁紙沒有換，導致我整個房間裏找不到一張紙巾擦鼻涕。
設施：枱燈壞的，頭頂上的射燈一直閃，暖氣開了聲音巨大

進去的時候有煙味，房間第一眼還可以 但是晚上就覺得手上腿上癢，照片是在床單上看到的小蟲子 打死的，不止一個，一個晚上都沒睡好，一點都不乾淨，太差了！

感覺一般，在網上訂的高級房，給的感覺和普通房差不多，面積也不大，感覺花了300多不值，和快捷酒店配置差不多。洗手液手勁小的都擠不出
